The key to your initial success is to find a implementation company that is a good fit and realize the additional modules even if Acumatica certified can be a hassle to get to work properly.
Acumatica can handle a large amount of transactions and employees all working at once without significant slow downs. We are saving a lot of time that was spent waiting on other users in our legacy system.

There is a fair amount of setup and decisions that need to be made before you fully understand the impact of those decisions. We engaged both a VAR and a consultant to help us set up the system and we found that to be incredibly valuable.
Don't be afraid to add a trusted partner or consultant, in addition to your VAR, to help you with your setup. If you are not confident in your system setup or technical accounting knowledge, adding a partner to help you build the system is critical.
We are a complex corporate structure with multiple separate companies that interact regularly. Acumatica helps us to create intercompany accounting processes that were incredibly cumbersome and frustrating in multiple Quickbooks files. We are also in the process of replacing our CRM company with Acumatica.
