This is the tool that fulfills my requirement of managing the expenses of my company with the serving of high security and this software is easy to use and also easy to manage. This tool has the most useful feature that is expense management which helps to manage the daily expenses.

This tool doesn't have any disliking feature other than the cost for purchase the pro version of this application.

Just take a picture of the expense note and upload it in the app.

When you enter your mileage it doesn't have a feature for return trips.

Expense notes are included with a photo or pdf file so we can follow up the expense note without delay.

the App Acubiz One, is super good for the user. It gives the user the best overview of their transactions.

The roles/groups are not the best. Only 2 groups can search freely in the system, which should be spread out to more people.

Make sure you have drawn/described the process in your company before having a system to run the process.

we are handling mileage and personal reimbursement in Acubiz. we have benefitted with a faster processing og easier handling of mileage an reimbursement. more people are using Acubiz because it's fast and therefore we can provide a better service to our customers.

Great with both a app and a webpage, since you then can use it on-the-go.
