I like that the stats are very granular yet can be rolled up as well. Easy to get an overview of a persons/teams activitiy but then with the ability to drill down in great detail where needed.

While they do provide integrations with Azure AD and others its somewhat basic. If it also imported other user or computer attributes then provisioning of the reporting and manager access to employees could be better automated or fully automated. There are still manual steps required in setup and maintenance of the system.

Team Pulse function, where i can see the whole team in real time!

Load times of dashboard 3 seconds. Sometimes freezes on iPad.

Use the trial version and test triggers first. They are very versatile and can do a lot

Activtrak has already helped twice to prevent theft of our internal database! Super happy about email-triggers.(they were in place)

I don't get a lot of visibility on mouse clicks, but that isn't the end of the world.

I am able to track start and stop times, as well as productivity and tasks through the day.

With the advent of remote work, it's difficult to get a 360 degree view of how each of our team members spend their days. With ActivTrak - it completes the picture by providing overall summaries as well as fine details for each member. This greatly assists in recognizing our most diligent workers, highlights possible inefficient processes, and also helps with coaching if/as needed.

ActivTrak by itself is great - but we all have to be careful of telling "my stories" of what we assume the data is trying to tell us. I myself always try to give the end user the benefit of the doubt when the data may not show a favorable result. Sometimes our tools aren't calibrated properly and tag content or activities "non productive" when they really are. Other times, there may be a process or other component that results in the team member showing lower scores, to no fault of their own. In summary, ActivTrak is a wonderful tool and quite useful - but just like every system, be careful to not "manage by numbers" and instead use the data to ask questions and help further understanding.

Workflow, productivity, and feedback on company software that is useful int eh day to day operations

We use ActivTrak to follow up and or determine performance issues. We love that we can get great detail about website use, productive time vs unproductive time.

The only downside to ActivTrak is that sometimes managers will use that as the only performance measurement tool when in reality it is just one piece of the picture.

With Covid, we incresed our remote and hybrid workforce. ActivTrak allows us to followup on missed deadlines and work load balance.

ActivTrak is a user-friendly employee monitoring software that tracks computer activity in real-time. It's an excellent solution for businesses of all sizes that want to improve productivity and efficiency.

Activtrak does have a longer learning curve, and how the individual and overall organization learns to use it should be factored in during implemetation.

This software is amazing when it comes to monitor the cybersecurity of the organization. It allows us to view all websites accessed by all employees, giving us the ability to monitor all un-secured websites.

I belive ActivTrak initially is not very user friendly, but this issue resolves itself within a couple of dedicated hours of use.

Cyber Security

Very easy to implement, constant product updates, great customer service, insightful dashboards and exports.

A lot of workforce analytics data from Activtrak is surface level and it would be great to have more support in diving deeper into the applicability of the workforce analytics data collected.

Workforce analytics - gives us a sense of productivity, focus time, collaborative time, and multitasking time. The tool also helps us see how different tools are being utilized.

The great thing about ActivTrak is how we can see who is most likely to burn out as a salesman. We have learned a lot about giving our sales guys some breaks and just taking some time to get off the phones and relax a little. The use was very simple and laid out very good.

The downsides are that you have to have 5 licenses as the minumum. We only wanted one to try it out and see how it works and if it would be a good system for us.

It is solving burnout. We are able to figure out who we need to give more breaks to and who is working more than other to be able to reward them.
