TrustedForms allow our company to have peace of mind that our leads are generated ethically and verifiable.

We haven't experienced ANY downsides from using to using TrustedForm. What started as a luxury and is now an integral part of how we do business.

TrustedForm is helping us keep records of how our leads are generated & and organizing that data in a way which makes it easy to index those files.

Trusted Form has simple APIs for both querying data about the lead generation event, such as age and duration. Further, the simple API calls also allow the "claiming of the certificate" to store the lead creation event. Specifically, this includes a video playback of the opt-in. The pricing for this product is competitive. Overall I have experienced excellent uptime with the product. I would also add that the online portal is straightforward to use.

I have yet to encounter any actual downside with Trusted Form. Like all products, there is room for enhancements, but most of the upgrades I would propose would augment the scope of the product, as opposed to replacing anything that is missing in its current iteration. The functionality is as advertised, so no issues.

Trusted Form has provided a great solution to auditing the age of leads. In doing so, Trusted Form has helped the data lead industry improve the quality of its product. Furthermore, the additional protection should a TCPA event arise is also very beneficial.

The video playback is something that provides reassurance

There are other products on the market that provide similar security that cost less. The price could be lowered or featured added.

This is a vital piece for your organization and your compliance. Once you see the playback, you will be 100% comfortable dialing any lead that has Trusted Form...and won't want to dial leads that don't have it!

It solves the sense of worrying about compliance

I really appreciate the video playback included in the certificate. Hard to argue with those!

The length of the certificate URLs can become a problem if we're trying to track them to a certain data point at times.

Use it! It's very easy to set up, effective and will help save you from EWC problems.

With TrustedForm we're able to make sure our websites and our partner websites are only sending us opted-in leads to contact. This helps the business run smoothly.

The thing I like about TurstForm the most is having the peace of mind that every lead we purchase has a certificate of authenticity.

My only dislike is we'd love for the video replay to capture more of the customer journey.

The biggest issue we solved with TrustedForm was proving the consumers we are dialing had opt'd in to be called. This is a benefit because when and if a problem were to arise.

TF ensures that we are securing home services prospects that want to be marketed to and typically convert higher than those without a TF
