I like that it’s not just for Facebook messenger and I can connect one chatbot to multiple platforms
Still waiting for Alexa integration but I know the guys at activechat have been busy with bigger updates.

The intuitive elements you can drag and drop and connect in a flow are great for novice bot builders to get off the ground quickly.
Nothing so far, they are very responsive to and active in the community.

This amazing platform makes easy to integrate your Woocommerce store with different platforms like messenger, telegram, and even Whatsapp creating a powerful tool for selling and users assistant. It also have the best support team working quickly resolving any issues. On implementation stage our team and their team work together to solve issues in a very smooth way. Do not doubt. I absolutely recommend Activechat.
There is no thing a dislike in comparison to other chat platforms. What make us change is the poor support of the others so we are satisfied.
If you have an online store, or if you are a programer, instantly you will realize the power of integrating with Activechat to an online store. This is the only platform we could build this kind of bot.
Is hard to create a conversation and imaging all paths and sequences talking to a user, etc. So visual creation helps a lot in building a smart bot. Integration with Woocommerce is also really amazing, never see in other chat bots something like that. Their suggestions and knowledge in the implementation make it really easy for us, including bot twitching post implementation. We have also plan integrating Activechat with voice search another amazing feature that they have.
The flexibility. Using the flow/sequence diagram, is really easy for both developers and designers to create sequence (skills) and collect the data via their blocks. Readymade templates (leads magnet, ecommerce, etc) for anyone to first kick-start their bot and easily make changes accordingly. Best, there's Dialogflow integration for NLP.
The UX isn't that great and can be quite confusing but from their updates, they will be revamping the interface for better user experience. Another flaw may be the server lag which i believe they're also looking at and scaling up their infrastructure. Overall as with many startups, is understandable there'll be bugs and flaws but this development team is actively improving with user's feedback. Kudos!

The main feature I like besides a very good visual bot architect are the amount of integrations. NLP as well as messaging platforms. Facebook, Intercom are just one of them, and with expected release of Amazon Alexa and Google Home the integrations are becoming really rich.
The platform is not yet fully mature meaning a lot of development is being done and many new features are being built at present.
