ACS is a fantastic solution that lets us choose to deploy it either in the clour or on an on-premises office server. Either way, accessing the interface is easy for our administrators as well as our members who would want to control their church profile.

Searches feel like they can use an upgrade.

PROS: ACS is our go-to for all our church administration requirements.
CONS: Certain aspects of the software, like the tables, become buggy and when it happens we have to restart or reset it.
ACS works both on a office server or cloud to provide easy access to your church members and their information.
Running searches called queries are sometimes difficult and antiquated.
ACS has many options for churches to consider including cloud based access and office server based model. Multiple modules include finance and people suites.
Administration and organization of church member profiles. Easy to run reports and labels.
ACS encompasses everything a church needs!
Every once in awhile the tables in the program have issues and need to reset.
We are capturing online giving now with both checking accounts and credit cards. The contribution model gives you everything for years of giving trends. Payroll is done online and with ease, no outsourcing.
PROS: It makes it easier for us to access members' information.
CONS: It is a wonderful solution and there is nothing that I do not like about it.
PROS: The software is adaptable to our church's unique needs
CONS: It has a steep learning curve and it was difficult for our staff to get used to it. We all had to spend many hours familiarizing ourselves with the software before we could maximize it.
Able to have access to members of our church all in one place.
Really nothing I dislike. It's a great program.
Great financial program to work with!
Use this for financial reports, able to keep track of volunteers involved in specific areas.
You can customize the software and build it out to do almost anything you need.
You need to work with it a while before you can use it fully. It is difficult to teach to pastoral staff that don't have a great deal of time to devote to learning software.
We keep financial records, member records, child check-in, mobile member info app, etc. It is great to be able to store so much information in one spot securely.
ACS allows us to store and sort data in tons of different ways. Being able to group individuals, create small groups, do mass emails, and track attendance numbers are all incredibly useful.
The program looks very dated and feels that way too. It all works, it's even efficient; but I wouldn't call it the smoothest or most beautiful software out there.
You should definitely give it a try. I'm not sure if there's a better software out there. There are certainly better looking programs, but they always lack in the amount of tools and comprehensive access that ACS gives you. If ACS steps up their user interface game, they'll be a home run!
We need to be able to store and sort through information about our congregation. ACS helps us to do that. I allows us fairly simple solutions to organizational and communication based problems.
