The easy of the system, but the Customer Service is outstanding!

Nothing, I know there are a lot of functions that I don't use.

It has so many functions, easy to use, and outstanding support.

No problems. If I have questions, I ask our assigned Rep, Taylor, and she always answers so quickly and is truly an expert in her field.

The client service is fantastic. All system updates that are required are implemented relatively rapidly. Their production staff is highly responsive and customer-centric. We unquestionably chose the best vendor. The seller has been quite supportive. On the employment page, we've switched back and forwards. The seller has been kind to us because it has required a long time. Personnel changes that necessitated further training, and they have been quite supportive in that aspect as well.

The only issue is that taking a print of the application form and applicant details is a bit time-consuming. if it became more concise and simpler to grasp. Unless you purchase at the enterprise level, customization is relatively limited.

This is a nice product that's simple to use. It's quite useful and has excellent reporting capabilities.
