What immediately impressed me about Acoistic was its functionality and tools for email marketing and automation. It was also internally organized as an app and could easily accomodate data and information from several projects at enterprise level.

It can be better intuitive especially for new users who are a) new to email marketing and b) familiar to email markwting but not the app. I needed several runs with IT and Marketing to teach us in the education sector how to operate the app.

A/B testing we can perform with multiple subject line and choose the best one with mail open rate. We can easily manage our customers data and start sending personalized marketing campaigns to the customer to drive lots of traffic to the website and mobile application.

I do not have any dislike for this platform. Everything is perfect with Acoustic Campaign and all marketing campaigns and promotional campaigns are going out easily.

It has solved the problems for automating all our marketing campaigns for Email, SMS, Push notification and Social media marketing campaigns. We can create workflow templates, Email templates and multiple API events for sending out all our real-time markting campaigns.

Overall its great marketing automation tool for creating segments, managing customers profiles and sending multiple touches through multiple channel and personalized offers to the customers which drive traffic to our website through multiple channels. I have created multiple batch campaigns, Inbound and outbound multi channel marketing campaigns for all my channels which sends email, SMS, Direct mail and Push notification.

I like its user interface for using for workflow creation, creating multiple API events, It can manage all your customers profiles and also manage the multi channel marketing campaigns for sending out emails, SMS, direct mail and push notifications. Now I am able to do end to end campaign management with the help of Acoustic Campaign. Now I am driving lots of traffic to the website and mobile application and results we are generating the lots of revenue with all channels.
