For credit card expense reconciliations it would be nice to be able to select and edit multiple charges at once instead of always one by one

Easy to use and as an end user it is very simple to add daily expenses. Being able to view as a periodic list is a benefit, and similarly it is easy to upload receipts to each individual expense.
The platform is not very mobile friendly, and it would be great if there was more ability to use a mobile device to scan and upload receipts which are linked directly to the user account.
Daily adding and tracking of expenses. Mostly used for milage tracking, and the end user experience makes it quite easy to see total milage and the value per mile. Journey tracking is also done well, especially like the 'Return' option for journey logging.

I've previously used the like or concur etc which are over complicated. Acloud expenses is simple, intuitive and extremely easy to use. The interface is not cluttered, it's very easy to complete an expense claim and being able to upload receipts is simple.
The only thing I'd say letting it down is the mobile app - it's a bit clunky and you have to scroll through all expense types to get to one at the bottom rather than being able to search.
I find it's best to group expenses by category and submit them. It's easier tracking them and you can give the group a name like "mileage claims for week beginning...."
