Ease of Use
What do you like best about Aclaimant?
I appreciate how easy Aclaimant is to navigate. The customer support we get is excellent and our personal rep Morgan is wonderful. She is always there to help or teach us how to use new updates.
What do you dislike about Aclaimant?
I do not dislike anything about Aclaimant.
What problems is Aclaimant solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aclaimant keeps all our claims together in an organized way. It is easy to navigate when I need to find a document for a claim and the ease of use is top notch.

We Love AClaimant at TransForce
What do you like best about Aclaimant?
The support is punctual and thorough, and we have had most issues resolved in short order. There are a plethora of items we have requested for AClaimant to provide for us, and the rep assigned to work with us has been more than accommodating each time. The system is easy to use, almost every change we've sought has been easy to implement and given that I am the chief user and spend upwards of an hour or so per day, our data from multiple outside sources has been easily integrated from my end since day one.
What do you dislike about Aclaimant?
No real issues. We understand that we do not have the most thorough offering that AClaimant provides.
What problems is Aclaimant solving and how is that benefiting you?
This RMIS system allows us to have a central repository for all of our claims in our multiple business divisions. Before this, our processes were manual.

I like how you can track safety calls and check ins it is not very easy to search for check ins proof that we do safety check in's it is very user friendly and is great for safety

Innovative System
What do you like best about Aclaimant?
It helps us keep risk management items organized and all in one spot. Anyone who has access can look at it and see what is going on. They also are open to new suggestions on how to make the platform better or work better for us which is important to us while we are working with someone. Great custoemr service.
What do you dislike about Aclaimant?
There aren't notifications for events, but they are working on it.
What problems is Aclaimant solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use to use Google Sheets to track claims data and they are now housing it for us - it's all in one spot. Also, it's way more efficient for our managers to submit incidents through the platform versus using a piece of paper or a electronic document and then having to find it later on. It's now completed and stored in the system.

Easy to Find Stored Claims
What do you like best about Aclaimant?
Multiple people will receive an email with the incident report simulanteously.
What do you dislike about Aclaimant?
Too many tabs to open. I wish everything was all in one place.
What problems is Aclaimant solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with knowing when incidents occurred without waiting for an email from onsite staff. It is beneficial because it allows us to add pictures as well.

Streamlines Many Processes
What do you like best about Aclaimant?
I love how easy it is to customize the forms as well as export reports. Having Aclaimant has been a huge time saver especially during the end year reporting season.
What do you dislike about Aclaimant?
It was a bit of a learning curve during the implemnation process but we had an excellent implementation specialist who was able to answer all of our questions in a timely manner.
What problems is Aclaimant solving and how is that benefiting you?
It completely changed our incident reporting structure. We are now getting more complete incident reports. End of the year reporting with OSHA is now seamless and easy.

Great product for document and claim management
What do you like best about Aclaimant?
Layout is intuitive and easy to follow. Everything to manage claims is at your finger tip and easy to locate.
What do you dislike about Aclaimant?
Some screens are a little repetitive, but I wouldn't consider it a deal-breaker.
What problems is Aclaimant solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to track auto claims that don't warrant submission to the insurance carrier, and loop in HQ staff as needed for their involvment.

What do you like best about Aclaimant?
Aclaimnat eliminates the paper trail of forms used to ensure compliance with health & safety. In addition, leaders are able to view safety activities through the analytics.
What do you dislike about Aclaimant?
We just recently implemted the software, so not enough usage to determine dislikes.
What problems is Aclaimant solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accurate reporting, tracking, and streamlining of proactive health & safetyt program implementation allowing our properties to prevent incidents before they happen. Streamlining these preventative measures help improve work conditions and ensure compliance across the corporation. Also allows communication to flow more seamlessly between team members so that positive action can be taken fast.

Streamlined Reporting!
What do you like best about Aclaimant?
Aclaimant is an extremely versatile and customizable tool that allows you to turn complex risk information into practical data. Aclaimant also has excellent customer service and welcomes feedback to improve the platform continuously.
What do you dislike about Aclaimant?
Currently, I have no dislikes to mention.
What problems is Aclaimant solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aclaimant streamlines the process of collecting accurate accident and incident information and eliminates the need for paperwork.
