Achievers offers a variety of incredible features such as points and social recognitions, reports, and much more. The customer service is also excellent. Our CSM is attentive and helps us brainstorm to solve problems and consider all available options and solutions.
The only dislike is there is not a word requirement option available to increase the detail of the recognitions people submit. However, that is a feature Achievers could add to enhance user experience.

We use Achiever's for the recognition program. Our employees have nothing but great things to say and it's helped with our engagement. The site is also very easy to use and new hires are able to pick it up with no training needed. Our customer support has been amazing over this past year.
Sometimes some reports are a bit off but our data is sometimes wonky being fed over. I can still manipulate those reports to get accurate data.

Think the upgraded interface emphasizes the gifs people choose vs. what is written in the recognition. Reemphasize the words employees write vs. the gifs. Make the gifs image smaller.
An easy global way to provide recognition to employees from managers and their peers. It allows for ease of use by having it integrated within teams vs. groups creating their own recognition tools.

Their customer service is outstanding. Another nice feature is that you can integrate with Outlook and Microsoft Teams and recognize someone in your daily workflow.
Looking for more ways for admins to customize their content, like banners etc, from their campaigns without having to request to have it uploaded.

Achievers has modernized and revolutionized the way employees give recognition at our firm. It has helped us truly build a culture of recognition, by being so readily available, easy to use and accessible to all. The platform is similar to a social media site which makes it fun and engaging to use and persons can interact with the posts by liking and commenting on it.
Additionally, the customer service received from the Achievers teams is excellent. From setup to ongoing management to addressing issues, they are there with you every step of the way.
Nothing to dislike about this platform. However, you would need to find a way to bring the recognitions into real life and not only existing in an online space. Some other platforms make this transition easier by having memorabilia and printed year books as optional add ons.

The Achievers recognition platform is easy to use and navigate. It is also very fun as our team members can utilize GIFs to express their appreciation to others. The customer support and service is also top notch. They were very patient with us during our implementation as we encountered some delays on our end, but they were very accomodating and I'd recommend to any company that wants to prioritize recognition and engagement.
One challenge that we experienced is trying to drive adoption of the platform within the company. This is less about Achievers, and more about what we can do internally. I'd recommend that Achievers continue to develop tools to assist with the change management aspects of launching such a platform.

The user interface is pleasing and easy to navigate. If you've ever used any social media, you'll be able to navigate and understand the Achievers platform easily. The implementation team was helpful and quick to respond to any questions during set up.
We're about 6 months into using the platform, and I haven't come across any downsides that are a result from Achievers directly. Feedback from admins and users has been positive across the board.
During implementation, project management from the Achievers side was lacking a bit, but not in any way that held up implemenation or caused major issues.
