What I like best is how Accurant aggregates all functions that my company needs so I don't have to deal with a lot of different integrations

Some of the functions are a bit light. For example, the project management module should be able to handle multiple types of methodologies

As a small business I need multiple different functions to be available in one place

I use this software on a daily basis and my clients use it too to approve estimates . My business cannot run without it! It looks a lot more professional than trying to send a "word document" that you created yourself!!

While the software is user friendly their still needs to be a better chart of how each function flows. An A thru Z guide instead of just instructions on each function.

I have been using Accurants for my dad's manufacturing business for some time now, and I am really impressed with their easy-to-use API.

They have a quick view feature that inculcates all sales orders, purchase bills, invoices, tax implications at one place which helps in getting fair idea of current status of the business.

The main drawback is the format style of the software which is predominantly as per US standards, there should be customized options as per users country.

Also, it doesn't have 24/7 support team for global coverage, which at times makes me crazy.

Initial pricing was very competitive and affordable but now they have increased it drastically.

It doesn't need a desktop to analyze the business status as i can view it on my IPAD and manage it from anywhere.

It has ready-made business templates like quotations generator which helps in drafting one in short time.

Also, helped me in reducing staff to handle daily bookkeeping and related tasks as i can manage it on my own.

Its poor user interface as difficult to navigate through the software. It wastes all my effort using its features. There is room for improvement in terms of formatting as it mostly follows US standards.

The customer support provided also needs improvement with response times and comprehensive assistance. Advanced accounting features are lacking in the software limiting its usability for businesses. Having customization options based on user countries would be really helpful.
