"Great customer service. Great Product."

What do you like best about Acculynx?

The customer service team is always very helpful and quick to respond. The CRM itself is so automated and amazing and built to try and avoid human error as much as possible. They have great reporting features, automations, customer interface and sync with just about evey main supplier and QuickBooks.

What do you dislike about Acculynx?

I think the customizations for reportings could extend to the other features better. The stages within the milestones could also reflect some of the reports to a deeper and more accurate reporting pull within some of the reports.

What problems is Acculynx solving and how is that benefiting you?

Acculynx is always taking feddback and eveolving theri product to make it more user and customer friendly. I think they do a great job of keeping up wiht the needs of the business and industry.

"Extremely User Friendly"

What do you like best about Acculynx?

It's very customizable to our business. We are able to control each job we process from start to finish, adding in custom reminders and notifications during the process.

What do you dislike about Acculynx?

I honestly have zero complaints about Acculynx. The only thing that I think could be a bit more user friendly and streamlined is the process of refunding money to the customer.

What problems is Acculynx solving and how is that benefiting you?

Acculynx takes care of every step of the process, from building the job, ordering materials, and processing invoices. We also process payments and electronic document signing through this program.

"The best way to keep all customer files!"

What do you like best about Acculynx?

Acculynx helps keep all records / pictures and notes in one place the mobile app is super easy to use and over all very intuitive!

What do you dislike about Acculynx?

Nothing that I can think of, and I use it daily

Helps to organize all files by homeowner and helps to keep track of all scheduled appointments

"Acclimate to Acculynx"

What do you like best about Acculynx?

The way that this software keeps all of our data organized, and gives us the ability to compile the photos we need off of projects is extremely helpful. Acculynx gives other roofing/contractor software a run for it's money!

What do you dislike about Acculynx?

I would like to be able to link Acculynx with other software that we use in our company and be able to transfer data and files between them.

Acculynx is very professional-looking, but if I were to design the colors and layouts myself, I would make it more dynamic.

Recommendations to others considering Acculynx:

Acculunx is a great software tool for the roofing business, and will help you be successful and keep things organized.

What problems is Acculynx solving and how is that benefiting you?

Acculynx gives us the ability to communicate with everyone in our company regarding any file or project we're working on, and immediately access any data associated with those projects. This allows us to all be on the same page to the tiniest detail. It's excellent.

Good for calculating building parts

PROS: We like that we can take advantage of the state-of-the-art satellite imaging to view the building’s overall infrastructure. It provides us an accurate, clear, and concise representation of details we need.

CONS: This software is only useful for particular departments of the company. So if you belong to an accounting department, you can’t take benefit from it.

Helpful a user-friendly solution

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that Acculynx is user-friendly. We use it to upload documents and images and handle the project management works. We can also send emails and give feedback on a certain task, providing the individuals the updates they need when working remotely. All these essential jobs can be done smoothly using Acculynx.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We’re having an issue with image transfers. It becomes complicated when our staff uploads images to Acculynx system and I need to download them to my device. I need to save them one by one to my device or email to my account. I wish they provide users the convenient and easy way to download images from the Acculynx system, particularly those that come in large batches. Another thing, I set approvals for orders but it’s quite disappointing that the system doesn’t notify me whenever there’s an order request. It could have been better if they address and fix these issues.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am the one handling all documents and communication with both office and field staff. With Acculynx, I can upload documents and update them any time later whenever I have to. I find this solution very helpful to our needs.

"All in one"

What do you like best about Acculynx?

It was easy to navigate and request permits and upload costumer info, paperwork, and pictures from that job.

What do you dislike about Acculynx?

Takes alot of room on your phone requires fast web speed.

If you want a quick and easy all in one software this is for you.

What problems is Acculynx solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having to send multiple emails with a range of specific material to multiple people it's all in one place they can just go into the job file and get what they need. Costumers can keep track and see what's going on thru the customer portal.

User-friendly platform

PROS: I like that even though Acculynx is a very powerful platform, it is still easy to use. When we have new employees on board, we don’t find it hard to train them on how to use this software. It is very compelling, and the interface is so attractive.

CONS: The software is great, but there’s one thing I like to be included in it. I wish that they add more option so we can fully customize the reports. Maybe adding a label for each report is better so we can easily pull out specific details for each client.

Makes tracking customers a lot easier

PROS: The main thing I like about Acculynx is the ability it gives me to merge all files related to one customer. It even makes communication with them simple and easy.

CONS: So far, there’s nothing to dislike about this platform. All is good!
