Our favorite feature is the highly customizable report system. Their support team regularly creates custom reports to suit our needs if the desired report does not already exist.
The GUI sometimes appears a bit dated, but it works...can't complain too much there. We've also had a bit of an issue integrating customer access to their order history through our website, but it's a work in progress.
Since we began using Acctivate in 2013, they've added a number of features that directly impact our business. The most impactful addition has been the support for multiple currencies within the purchasing section of the software. As importers, we deal in 3-4 currencies regularly and Acctivate makes this a simple task to handle.
The support provided by Acctivate is very thorough and responsive. The tool itself is very seamless when working with our web system.
Some of the reporting is a bit clunky, not very user-friendly at times.

They make it easy to manage our inventory. We can access it on our network from any point in our warehouse and offices and have real-time numbers.
I dislike that if I have to edit an invoice, it shows (2) in the attachment.
We have had issues with a computer crashing every time we tried to update on it. The customer service was on it immediately and was able to solve our issue.
