In general, there isn´t any improvement to be made. Perhaps you should consider bringing it to the American continent to reach more clients. That'll be a good option for you.

Having a one stop shop for practice management. I know what work I have to start on, where things are at in the pipeline and who has been in touch and needs a reply.
Some features can be improved, but the product is always being developed and improved. Two way integration with MS Outlook would be really great and is set to be integrated later this year.
The biggest problem being solved is that administration and non-chargeable tasks are taken care of automatically. The benefits realised include correspondence being filed and a log generated of all emails sent/received. Deadlines, both client and legal, are maintained and will be met.

It does not have the fields we ould like for charities. having interaction with the charity commission would be fantastic!

Allows us to manage tasks making sure nothing gets missed and that the both myself and teamnwork effectively bith in office and remotely. Support have always been great. Integrates wellnwith Xero for billing. Customers love portal and quick signature of accounts.
I often share a task tona team member once completed it goes to next year but doesn't return to my task list even though i am client manager. Would love a facility to bull allocate tasks rather than going into each task.
Makes managment so much easier especially with working from home the fact all emails go into software and filed to each client means everyone can see all communication.
The workflows in Accountancy Manager are brilliant I always know where I am at with every client and can add notes to each work stage and all the client information is at my fingertips. Automation is amazing within the software so sending letters of engagement and client reminders is a breeze and saves you loads of time every week. The online document approval system allows you to send clients documents securely on the cloud for them to approve electronically so no need to post any documents. You can also do AML checks and credit checks within the software which saves even more time, all at the click of a button.
Nothing. I wish they did more accountancy software as I would certainly use it.
The main two problems that Accountancy Manager solves is Administration burden and lack of time. This software takes both of these headaches away.
The amount of time saved no longer doing repetitive chasing for information tasks more than justifies the product all on its own.
I also love the automated task list generator. It has saved us having multiple spreadsheets that are all out of date.
The ONLY flaw in the product in my opinion is that it's not that great a CRM for marketing / leads. I almost feel like we need a separate system for this.
