What do you like best about Accordium?

I like the fact that you can instantaneously get a signature from anyone with an email address, for a much cheaper price than the alternatives

What do you dislike about Accordium?

No admin panel (yet), apparently in development.

Cannot retrieve signatures from another users account.

Recommendations to others considering Accordium:

If you want a quick and easy way to send contracts to get signed, it couldn't be much simpler.

Simply upload a PDF, add a signature somewhere, enter the email, and off you go.

What problems is Accordium solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fantastic sales tool

Considering that its so new, there are close to no bugs. IF there is a tiny one coming up, the whole team is taking care of that issue right away --> GREAT SUPPPORT <3
Usability is also not complicated at all - it took me about a minute to understand the whole process:)

I use Accordium for work, so I was frustrated when I found that there was a bug in my dashboard that made all of my contracts and processes disappear. I couldn't even upload new documents.

I wrote on the chat with Dan who asked me some questions about the error. After chatting for a bit, he brought in the whole team to figure out what was wrong. Even gave me a couple personal phone calls in order to walk through the fix.

The conclusion was that this was not a bug in the system, but only on my dashboard. I was the only one affected by this, but they still got the whole team working to fix it. They were sending me updates throughout the day and after an afternoon of working on the backend, I got an email that it was fixed. All my processes were restored and working fine!

Their customer service is the same quality that my company works to offer our clients.

What do you like best about Accordium?

Accordium appears minimalist whilst having half a dozen effective and time-saving features that can speed up business processes across the board.

What do you dislike about Accordium?

The onboarding could have been better. I would like to see more tutorials on advanced use cases, especially lnading pages from video messages.

What problems is Accordium solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the main problems that Accordium has helped me tackle is the easy (and legally valid) way to get contracts and documents signed. The whole process of uploading a pdf, inserting signature/date/text fields and sending it for esign took under 10 minutes. The recipient can preview and sign it in under 5 minutes. Completely hassle free process.
