The application was easy to set-up and on-going maintenance is very simple whether adding or updating content, creating reports or adding or updating learner access. If I ever need additional support, their team is quick, courteous and efficient.
The reporting functionality, while improving, is not as simple as the rest of the interface. Most of the reports focus on learner reporting and I am looking for more reports for the system administrator. Accord LMS support has assisted me in creating the reports I needed.
The Accord system included everything we were looking for in the way of features such as branding and customization capability, ease of administration, certification tracking, ILT support, virtual classroom, extended enterprise capability, a strong compliance aspect, resource upload ease, a community aspect, gamification and so much more--right out of the box!
Probably the best thing about AccordLMS is its customer support service. We were very well-handled from projection inception through completion.
In the second iteration of our course, we weren't able to remove the comments made during the first iteration. There should be some way to clone a course without comments from the previous course tagging along.

We used Accord LMS to conduct a global online course. We enrolled nearly 1500 students, and the process was smooth, aided by excellent customer service. It was easy to add content and to choose when content displayed. Uploading files was easy.

UI is a little dated looking sometimes, and sometimes features will change without notice.
Make sure you have someone on staff that understands at least some DNN and if you want to customize you need someone who understands at least a littel web dev.
The ability to present our courses and certifications in the way that we want. Ability to expand on the basic functionality has been helpful. The ability to use SSO to integrate with existing portals has been great, and the ability to train our channel is key.
I've been an Accord customer for around a decade now. The range of features and continuing innovation of the software allows me to deliver a high perceived value of services to my clients, most of whom are in the Healthcare niche. Since many of the courses we create are for CME accreditation, Accord's detailed reports provide the accountability my clients rely on. We have been providing enterprise level solutions using the DNN CMS since 2004. Accord is the only LMS I would consider in that environment.
I've been very comfortable with the pace of upgrades and new feature launches, so I really don't have any negative experiences to report.

The support. I feel like I can work quickly and effectively and get help when I need it. I work with the same support engineers every week so they know who we are and how we are creating this training solution. This means I don't have to re-explain myself every time and can work quickly and effectively.
Their gamification portion could use some work but my software engineer is currently making that a priority. The manual grading portion is also a bit tedious but manageable.
For the admin side you do want someone who is fairly computer literate and can be a point person for the organization and roll out.
We need to provide training to many departments in multiple locations. This is enabling us to build something that is lasting, effective, and can be easily executed. This allows us to invest time and energy in other projects instead of repeating the same training over and over again.
We have been working with Accord for several years now and have always found them extremely price competitive and always responsive if an issue comes up. They are constantly improving their product to keep up with technology changes.
