Being able to filter our courses, this is extremely useful when looking for specific courses under different syllabus's

This software helps tutors easily manage their courses. All the different workflows allow everyone to stay informed about any new updated as well send out certificates automatically along with resources. Really simple to use.
The fact we can't change the registration form without incurring a fee.
Information is distributed straight away and it leaves a digital print. Allows a lot of flexibility so other team members can access courses and get there own updated rather than rely on the admin team. It has allowed us to go completely paperless when collecting information and evaluations. This has saved us so much time and also completely removes the delay of getting certificates sent out.
It helps us keep track of all our training courses along with the delegates booked on them. It allows us to create reports which help us as a business analyse this data to improve. The Customer service team is always so quick to respond and will ensure they can resolve your query as soon as possible and will follow this up after the initial contact.
It can at times be slow, especially when creating large reports which are pulling out large amounts of data. One other thing is also the 'data sources needed for the report writer, this can be difficult to understand, and an area I often find I need additional assistance with, so I would like to be able to have a bit more independence with this.
They are always open to new suggestions on how the software can be updated which they then follow up with and update as to when they are implemented, which we have benefitted from already
When ever we have a problem they resolve this very quickly
I have no issues and have no dislikes with the system
Provide a great service to our Dealers for them to book on our Courses
Easy for everyone to access learning material and easy to set up
Would be good if there is an automation where the system can link to other systems to add new joiners automatically
I would really reccomend calls with the systems staff on a monthly or bi-monthly basis to go over any problems or queries because the majorty of systems are capable of what you want them to do but you cant always figure it out yourself.
We've not had a phone call with a member of staff for a while to reassess our needs, we should look at organising this soon.

I like that everything as a team we need to know, access and record is all in one place. It makes daily work much easier and more organised when working across different teams within our organisation. The training provided by Accessplanit was superb.
