From the very first demo, the Absorb platform seemed very intuitive and designed with the Administrator in mind within the UI. That sense of mindfulness or intuitiveness has persisted all the way through implementation and into our launch with the platform. Feedback from our learners have been very positive and they too have commented on the simplicity in operation and consistency across platforms (phone, tablet, web, etc.).

Support from the Absorb Success team is fabulous! They have a plan, a process, a methodology and if you'll follow, a successful implementation and launch is almost guaranteed.

Nothing stands out as a dislike, but I can comment on a feature that would save time. When importing PowerPoint slides (the import tool is very good), it would be great if there was a way to convert animations.

We needed an easy way to present training material about our products to customers both pre-sales (general product education, deployment considerations) and post-sale (operational tactics, best practices, etc.), that would augment our training teams. Ultimately, Absorb LMS is creating consistency in our training and generating organizational scale in operation.

Absorb has many upsides compared to the various LMS I have used. Starting with the user experience, learners can easily and efficiently engage with learning content. There is a richness of features available to admins for enhancement of user experience. Absorb's Admin Experience eases day-to-day operations, and the powerful reporting capabilities give managers visibility to learner performance that helps guide and shape engagement to improve the impact of training.

It's hard to point out flaws in Absorb because it is continuously improved, and new enhancements are added regularly.

As a business we have used Absorb for over eight years, to help us deliver high-quality training experiences to our clients and internal staff both in the UK and abroad. Historically, reporting has not been as smooth an experience as we would have liked but this has recently been improved with a recent update which is still in testing, however, it seems to be work as we would like.

Absorb ensures that we are able to quickly react to changing customer needs and provide solutions which meet their needs.

It is easy to use and has the ability to support several different initiatives within our company.

I don't find the reporting function to be easy to use.

Continuous improvements to make administering the system easier (ie. manager experience).

Absorb is so easy to use. They guide you through every step of implimentation. You could pick amy LMS but Absorb stands alone with their commitment to every individual client.

The biggest downside to using Absorb is the depths that you can customize your LMS. You could spend hours designing the LMS and creating dashboards for every circumstance. Be careful and set a goal for your launch, you can always go back and create more later.

Absorb is solving the issue of employee training as well as managing empoyee caseloads and data tracking.

I like that the LMS configured to work with elements we already use regularly -- YouTube, Power Point, etc. Also, even without those, Absorb is packed with features to set up robust classes rather easily from scratch. It feels like they've already thought of everything.

As with all new software, there is definitely a learning curve. I've really appreciated their onboarding training system to guide our team through the tricky stuff. Unlike other software we've recently purchased for our office, this onboarding training was included in the purchase cost. That has been great.

We have a complex software program that takes some time for users to master. The trainings can go long and deep, and the content can be tedious. Absorb provides a way for us to offer that training in a way that stays vibrant and engaging, as well as a way to keep track of our customer's progress and certifications.

Teaching our software to people that we can't teach in person!

The customer service team! The ease of navigation around the platform. Continuous improvements.

Mass uploading users & departments. Not a constant bother, but cumbersome initially.

Absorb is able to host our courses and provide us with data.

Absorb LMS does everything we need it to. We offer virtual instructor-led training, live event training, self-paced courses, and certification exams to tens of thousands of learners each year, including employees, customers, college students, and the general public. Absorb suits our needs today and is a platform that we aren't likely to outgrow anytime soon as we rapidly scale our learner base and training offerings.

One of the things I like most about Absorb LMS is that many Admin pages are laid out in a table format with robust filters, sorting, and column customization. These layouts can be saved and shared, exported as .csv or Excel, and it's easy and intuitive to drill down and perform actions from these pages. I love the visibility and ease-of-use these layouts provide. Absorb's reporting is good, but not having to run reports because I have exportable data visible in the UI is even better.

Courses and Curricula (learning paths) are not treated as completely separate objects, and actions that can be taken at the Course level are usually possible at the Curricula level, and vice-versa. They can easily appear in reports together as well, and the there's good visibility on the Course / Curricula relationship within the UI.

Our Absorb CSM and the Support team are knowledgeable, professional, and prompt with replies. It's been a wonderful vendor relationship.

Absorb suits all of our audiences - customer onboarding and certification, employee compliance and professional development, and a publicly-available program for college students and job seekers.

We've had no issues with performance, we successfuly leverage many of the available integrations, and the APIs serve our purposes when we need them.

Absorb has a modern look and feel both from the learner and admin views, there's a large amount of functionality laid out in an intuitive way, and it doesn't have the learning curve or limitations I've encountered with other LMS platforms.

There are a couple of places in the UI where a bulk action option would save us time over taking the action individually (example, setting an Audience value for courses).

Packaging and assigning content at the Department level has some limitations.

Adding variable fields to a certificate template is not drag-and-drop like some LMS platforms, and certificates can't be easily previewed.

Absorb is allowing us to rapidly scale our virtual certification class offerings by automating pieces of the enrollment and delivery processes, including automated communications to learners.

Absorb helps us to provide a professional learner and exam experience, allowing our certifications to become globally-recognized and valued industry credentials.

Absorb allows us to automate many pieces of customer and employee onboarding, saving time and ensuring consistency.

Absorb LMS is extremely user friendly! It was a breeze to upload courses, create and schedule reports, create users, and much more! If you're looking for a great investment in learning at your company and want excellent customer support, Absorb LMS is the right choice!

Absorb LMS is a powerful software! It allows you the opportunity to customize a lot of features (e.g., messages, reports, portals for different audiences, etc.). With most of these features, Absorb has curated help documents but some are a bit lacking or don't exist yet. They are responsive to feedback and do update these documents often, so I'm sure they're coming!

Absorb LMS helps us place all of our training in one platform where our employees can easily access it.
