It is simple to use, the automated functionality saves lots of time, and the customer service is excellent.

The system is very versatile and easy to use. The learner has a great experience accessing training from any device. The system is very expandable from small SME companies upto international corporates with full enterprise. You can chart a learners training from start day to finish.
There are no real downsides to the system. The team are continually upgrading the system and are always happy to take on upgrades and ideas to further enhance. The development team are very forwarding thinking.
The system has a very comprehensive communication system which ensures the learners are fully aware of what they need to do and notifies them of their training needs. Communication within the business is essential and the system allows this to happen not only with training but general comms

The Abara platform was very easy to learn and navigate. We were provided a one-day tutorial that was thorough and explorative, but easy to follow. We were able to remove any features that were not being used and will have the opportunity to reactivate those should the need arise.
Abara is also highly proactive and communicative about holidays and necessary windows for maintenance with short disruption – well in advance. Even during those holidays and lapses, we have still received a response during those timeframes when a situation presents itself. We feel valued as a customer and our inquiries are always met with a high priority and response time.
We have had no complaints whatsoever with the platform's performance, the support team, the timeliness of response, etc.

I was looking to train over 1000 clients of my organization (eNyota Learning) for which I needed a cost-effective LMS that was easy to manage and operate. After being a client of some of the biggest vendors, I realised that we were being charged extra for everything while others were offering the same for lower costs. Through a thorough selection and finalization we landed with Abara and trust me with this, Abara is easy to use and so inexpensive.
I would like to see more features being added for the Social Learning-side of the LMS and a few more learning objects.
The UI and UX upgrade recently was equally impressive. Basically, if you are looking for an LMS that is inexpensive and gets the job of training done, then this platform is awesome! IF you're needs are overtly complicated, then maybe something else. But general and specialzed training is something that Abara does superbly!

I would like it to handle checklist learning activities but I understand that is currently being developed for release in Jul-Sept 2023.

Yes one thing which i think they have to improve like if we put any answer while making accessment of any short answer type then while auto checking system has to score accordingly also which will enhance the portal one more step although might be small one but it is useful also
It is very helpful and handy portal; as we want to track the learning of our teams and we want thins thing to be happen in auto mode and we are getting both these things in ABARA also accessment part is good
