The product is easy to use and allows me to generate tests quickly and efficiently. Although I would never use the visual editor in other tools due to issues it would cause, in ABtasty I have found this to be much more robust when building tests myself. The support has been excellent when we rarely had issues, and the team is quick to solve any concerns.

The only issues I have had with this tool are a bit of lag with the QA process. Although the team have been very responsive in helping me with this issue.

AB Tasty and flagship are helping us with a wide range of use cases across the business. Our primary use case for the tool is to optimise the critical user journeys, to which ABtasty adds much value. We have also found use in feature management and patching which can help us save on dev resource.

We have a great customer sucess manager who always provides us with great new tests to try out, learnings from other partners and helps us understand certain behviours seen through the ab tests we run.

The tool is easy to use.

The global performance dashboard is our least favourite thing about the platform. However everythign else is great.

Certains bugs parfois apparaissent mais ils sont moindres. De plus, dès lors que nous rencontrons un problème, nous avons directement une personne qui se charge de le résoudre. Le suivi est très professionnel et réactif.

With the help of widgets, we can easily implement commercial actions. Therefore, AB Tasty focuses on effectiveness and minimizing the time to market.

AB Tasty is an excellent, easy to implement and user-friendly tool that you can use to create experimentations (A/B tests & personalization) of varying complexity.

Non-technical users can easily manage simple variations through the visual editor. For more complex tests or specific website architectures like single-page applications (SPAs), custom JS can be implemented. However, this requires users with solid JS knowledge. The noteworthy aspect is that if your team lacks such resources, AB Tasty can handle these specific developments for you (extra cost).

The customer service is exceptional and has consistently provided solutions for any challenges we've encountered. The CSM is highly responsive and offers valuable insights. Additionally, AB Tasty webinars serve as an excellent source of inspiration and knowledge!

We occasionnaly experience tag refresh issues that can be problematic with scheduled campaigns.

Also, we're not able to QA with an IPV6 address but that might be an IT issue on our side ;)

AB Tasty is a must-have tool if you're willing to take data-driven decisions.

Ab tasty est très simple d'utilisation, et permet d'avoir des réponses clairs et précises lorsque l'on doute. Les datas suite a un AB test nous permettent vraiment de mettre en production des nouveautés avec certitude.

Je trouve que le ROI dashboard pourrait etre optimisé.

AB tasty est un outil très complet. Un axe d'amélioration serait de proposer de plus en plus d'IA dans les audiences pour toujours aller plus loins dans la personnalisation.

AB tasty nous permet de tester rapidement de nouvelles fonctionnalités sur notre site (et d'avoir une idée claire sur les nouveaux éléments à implémenter en priorité). Nous utilisons également l'outil en complément pour nos temps forts marketing pour maximiser le parcours d'achat.

I love the team's proactivity, the fact that the tool is straightforward to use and understand and the different types of personalization it allows.

The tracking setup is a bit difficult for us because we have we have numerous payment forms but we are working on it.

Mainly personalization of the website (pop-in, banners) but also A/B tasting. Sometimes we are limited by the time but we know there is still more to do.
