What do you like best about A1 Tracker?

When I had a question or needed assistance with something, i loved how patient and friendly they were. If you're seeking for a quality software company, i highly recommend A1 tracker

I'm quite pleased with the product. There is nothing negative to say

Keeps you informed about contract renewals and expirations, helping the organisation to achieve a better flow in the process and saving time. Invoice are also generated automatically in our accounting system

What do you like best about A1 Tracker?

The Claims module, dashboard, and notifications module were most helpful for our company. Customer support was rapid in their repsponse as well for any issues and questions.

What do you dislike about A1 Tracker?

One thing that I would maybe improve would be to modernize the design of the product. However, A1 Tracker and their team are always working hard to update their software by adding new and helpful gadgets.

A1 Tracker allows our company to easily track our high volume of claims in one place and to help better organize and expedite our claims process all together.

What do you like best about A1 Tracker?

A1 Enterprise put together a software to serve our long term company objectives so upper management can handle day to day operations while keeping it simple enough for employees, contractors, and vendors to use out in the field. Web-based reporting and data access is critical to our business, even more now than in prior years. This product is well suited for us, and was customized to meet our needs that other systems we looked at couldn't do.

Implementations can be complex, our data import took time.

Ability to work remotely, share information with team members, & manage data.

What do you like best about A1 Tracker?

The absolute best feature of the A1 Tracker is the customizability. During implementation, I was able to customize the fields I needed and the A1 team was very patient and helpful in making suggestions to better adapt my old process to the new software. I was able to provide a template for monthly statements that they added into the software for me to email directly from the Tracker to reduce processing time as well. I also love the ability to upload my monthly data in one file, replacing days worth of manual entry and reducing human error. Overall the service was, and continues to be, amazing and everything the A1 Tracker offers is an absolute time saver!

What do you dislike about A1 Tracker?

The only downside I have found so far is actually not the fault of A1, but in order to send the statements via email, our participants cannot use their work emails. Due to security settings in our email server, it blocks the emails as potential spam, so we can only use personal email addresses. We chose not to change our server's security settings as suggested by A1, so we are just limited to personal emails to receive statements and other communication directly from the Tracker. It's not a huge imposition, and we're happy we found a way to work around the issue.

Recommendations to others considering A1 Tracker:

To streamline the implementation process, it would be helpful to have samples of your current software/process and any requirements you expect from the A1 Tracker readily available. This will help reduce back and forth communication and allow the implementation team to work their magic more efficiently. However, do not be afraid to bring additional requirements to the team as they arise, as they are wonderful at adapting to your needs!

What problems is A1 Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?

The benefits of the Tracker are enormous! Our old process used almost 20 Excel workbooks, incredibly in depth formulas, and manual data entry. It took almost a whole work week to get everything entered, balanced, and find and fix all issues with formulas and human error with entering the data. The ability to upload all my data in one template, and one file, saves days worth of work. It is truly incredible! The old process would take up to 5 days to complete, and it takes half a day with the A1 Tracker. Every month I fall in love with the Tracker again, as I continue to marvel at how much time it saves me.

Building “custom views” was a tedious process that took some time to learn.

Recommendations to others considering A1 Tracker:

Start with a meeting to view all the options A1 has to offer. If you do not see a function you are looking for, ask; chances are they have the function or are willing to create it.

What problems is A1 Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?

A1 afforded us the ability to separate out the different expenses incurred and allocate those expenses to the correct categories. A1 also afforded us the ability to combine many features of existing programs into one program.

What do you like best about A1 Tracker?

The A1 Tracker can handle an array of information from different areas of your company and put it in one place linking it all together for on cohesive snap shot of the status of your client or vendor profiles. We use A1 not only for Contract Management but for Insurance tracking and our RFP/RFQ solicitations. Being able to combine all of these needs into one application has made our operations run smoothly and with less administrate mistakes. The dashboards and batch update features make information easy to find and you can access the data needed from anywhere.

What do you dislike about A1 Tracker?

I have been using A1 Tracker for over 2 years and have not found a feature that I don't like.

Recommendations to others considering A1 Tracker:

If you are looking to customize software to fit your organization that can handle non-uniform data in large quantities and can put all your departments together, showing data on your clients and/or vendors in one easy to read and user friendly application, with a team of dedicated staff that will walk you and your team through every aspect of implementation and training. A1 Tracker is a product that you will defiantly want to pursue. This product is at the forefront of what they do.

What problems is A1 Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?

My company has struggled with very time consuming processes. A1 has streamlined processes that would take 3-4 hours into 15-30 minutes. With that amount of time saved we can spend less time on data processing and more time with our clients and vendors. We have also been able to take all of our data and put it into one place and integrate it with other department software.

A1 Tracker addresses the specific requirements of our organization. Excellent ongoing support when needed.

What do you dislike about A1 Tracker?

Would like to see modules such as accounts payable and payroll.

Recommendations to others considering A1 Tracker:

We engaged A1 Enterprise to develop software solutions for a number of groups within the organization. They have proven to be active listeners when working with our subject matter experts and the products developed have enabled these groups to make great strides in more effectively managing their workflow. As the company continues to grow and our needs change we have found the software to be highly flexible and customizable. The ongoing support they provide is excellent and all the costs are reasonable. They also provided us with ongoing and customized training for our departments and business units. I give A1 Enterprise my highest rating and would recommend all their solutions.

What problems is A1 Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?

Insurance tracking, claims management, workers compensation, safety incident reporting, bond management. Effective management of these areas.

What do you like best about A1 Tracker?

The system is easy to use with the claim portal. A simple 1 page claim form with everything on it that we need to add, edit, update a claim, add costs, and documents. We also like the claim calendar showing appointments and schedules for claim activities.

What do you dislike about A1 Tracker?

What is there not to like? We have set it up exactly the way we want it and received all the training and product support we needed.

Recommendations to others considering A1 Tracker:

Take advantage of the training offered whenever you can. It pays off and saves you time in the long run.

What problems is A1 Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?

We sped up the claim entry process and can now work from any location. The claim portal is fast, and easy to use with minimal steps. Our invoices also automatically generate in our accounting system because A1 did an integration for us. This saves us a lot of time.

I like that everything is in one place. When I need to update my manager with the open claims, it is very easy to generate a report.

The system has very helpful guide and hence no dislikes realized.

Report generator is very helpful for our repair records it also keeps you up to date with the renewals and expiration of contracts, allowing the company to obtain a better flow in the process.
