Configuration and setup functions are intuitive and if something is needed, 9Lenses is willing to work with you to develop a new feature.

Some sections are not as configurable as you may need, but they continue to listen to clients and make enhancements.

Often the quality of data (specifically attachments) on the tail end didn’t provide great traceability to the survey respondents.

Everything is cloud base. Can work from anywhere. Data sharing is great and my office can be anywhere.

A little worry about security. Sensitive information are always hard to set as cloud based. Would love to see more of their security protocols.

The best thing about 9Lenses is that it has a Centralized platform that hosts the Assessments, this makes things easier so that all the teams can access assessments from anywhere and have discussion and alterations another good thing about it is the Recommendation Engine, It helps to give valuable recommendations that add more value.

They have customized Scorecards and Analytics tools that are heavy words but don't give that many effective results, we have to put manual efforts to analize and have valuable results.

The basic idea about 9 lenses is that it can convert basic thoughts and content into interactive assessments so that we can add effective change that adds value to our business.
