The AI that assists with writing questions was better than our instructional designer. blown away on the quality and the time we got back!

The 7Taps platform is so simple it's deceptive!

We are able to quickly build and deploy microlearnings by repurposing existing material into summaries, best practices, or quick job aids; by creating brand new content to support organizational learning objectives; or by using existing source material and generative AI tools to develop reinforcement and sustainment assets, polls, interactive quizzes, or short 'explainer'-style content.

The ease of use and speed to market has made 7Taps a go-to for our microlearning authoring and deployment needs.

As a fully templated tool, there are some design limitations within individual card types that from a purely aesthetic standpoint, it would be nice to be able to have more flexibility around font size, colour, etc.

I just wrapped up not one but TWO microlearning builds in 7taps—and I’m officially hooked.

One training was for corporate staff and one was for K-12 students. Same platform, totally different goals—and both turned out clean, clear, and learner-friendly.

7taps is such an intuitive, innovative platform that makes creating microlearning surprisingly easy and their support team is fantastic. I especially appreciated the AI copilot — it guided me through identifying the skill, audience, goal, challenges, context, and length for my training. From there, it instantly generated a series of cards that I could edit, rearrange, or combine with my own content. I ended up using a mix of AI-generated cards and my original ideas, which made the process both efficient and creative.

I was inspired by others who shared their experiences on LinkedIn, so I decided to do the same. Sharing the microlearning was incredibly simple — just copy the link! Any updates you make are synced automatically, making it easy to keep your content fresh and relevant. Despite choosing a sensitive topic, online predators, the feedback I received on the quality and clarity of the content was overwhelmingly positive.

What I like the best about 7Taps Microlearning is the bite-sized, visual format. It's SO easy to create content that actually sticks. I was able to create an entire 4 lesson course in less than 15 minutes that I know will help my students learn better than hours of lectures. I also appreciate how quickly I can put something together and still make it look polished. The engagement polls, quizzes and ability for students to upload pictures, or record feedback is amazing, and so are the video capabilities.

I would like to have more flexibility in designing. The templates they offer are really great, I'm just a little extra with my designs.

I think the best thing that 7Taps is able to help with is offering our exceptionally busy allied healthcare students the opportunity to really learn topics. It's not just about memorization. The short, bite sized lessons offer engagement and students can pay attention and really absorb each lesson as they are short and concise. It’s not about dumping a ton of knowledge anymore. Microlearning helps us teach in rhythm with how people actually learn — fast, flexible, and real.

As a writer and content creator on an L&D team, I have to create a lot of content quickly, and my various stakeholders have a wide variety of needs. 7Taps offers lots of options inside the platform, and allows me to upload my own images and material that I've created on other design platforms, so pleasing clients is easy. Once I got comfortable using the platform, I'm able to create a lot of material faster than I could on only platforms. I love using 7Taps.

I'd love to be able to upload my own THEMEs. While I've usually found workable backgrounds, a few times I've thought it would be nice to design and upload my own.

Adoption. Because it doesn't feel "heavy" or time-consuming, we find users are more likely to complete training on it.

I like how easy it is to learn and how quickly my team was able to take advantage of this tool for our projects.

I dislike how some of the buttons are clunky for navigating when designing and there isn't much variation to text on the screen.

Creation of microlearning at rapid development pace. This is benefitting our organization by creating a variety of easily digestible and engaging learning objects in a short amount of time.

It's incredibly easy to learn how to use 7Taps. Building in the tool is very simple and this allows for rapid prototyping. Additionally, the structure they have built forces you to build better training. I'm able to get content built and tested within a day and the content is infinitely scalable and allows me to meet users where they are. Customer support through their Intercom chat interface has been quick, effective and friendly. It is easy to integrate 7Taps into our learning management system, but in more cases, I find that texting a link, inputting a user's phone number, or sharing a QR code gets the course out fast. I find myself building or editing in 7Taps on a daily basis which is testament to the friendly and slick User Interface. I was able to start building in 7Taps from day 1 with little training (and I'm not technical), so it's been really easy to implement.

So far, I haven't found anything major. For some things, I've just had to learn how the system is built. For most speed bumps, I've found a workaround. In a few cases, I wish something was "different" but this hasn't proved a barrier to my users. For example, in 7Taps, some users wanted to swipe right to progress in a course, but the interface is built around tapping. I thought this would be a barrier, but with user testing, people have figured this out very quickly.

7Taps is helping my teams learn in new and friendly ways (not just watching some pre-recorded slide-based video). 7Taps is bringing joy to learning and it's proving really easy to access.

I like the way you can choose the type of card you want to insert and most of the instructions are easily identifiable.

I did have an issue with the Quiz Card. I missed the area where you type in the question. I would also like an option to jump to a card when the Quiz answer needs more of an explanation.

7taps is giving me an opportunity to create "micro-learning" to add to my portfolio for future clients to view.

Using the Copilot feature is my absolute favorite feature. Having a template that helps me explain exactly what I am looking for ensures that the course that is created hits the nail on the head. It's easy and intuitive to make small subtle changes to make sure it speaks the language of your company. Also, the customer service is absolutely unreal!

I wish there were more card options to choose from to make the microlearning a little more diverse.

As a very small team for a large organization, time to design microlearning from start to finish is at a premium. 7taps has sped up that process 10 fold while staying true to adult learning principles and producing content my learners have found interesting and beneficial.
