I personally like the personalization of 6Connex the best. With the ability to not only host a virtual event such as a live stream, but also have the capability of including company branding as well as other key features such as attendee registration, attendance, and key results from the chat feature.
While I do believe 6Connex is a stellar program for the ideas mentioned in my previous paragraph, the platform does take some getting used to, and is not as straight forward as similar platforms i've used in the past such as Zoom. However,this is unsurprising with a platform with a ton more capabilities than others.
6Connex is allowing me to attend Virtual Mertinfs such as webinars and not only learn more about their service but other companies as well. It has also allowed me to look into hosting meetings which including my own brandin. 6Connex's main solution is it's allowance of personalization and a large quantity of capabilities compared to other platforms.

Several of our audiences are unable to attend our events in person for medical and/or financial reasons. This allows us to extend our support and education to all of our patients, including those at home.
The platform and app are extremely intuitive and easy to use. After getting acquainted with the structure of the system/application, the implementation of changes and ongoing management of the event is very simple. The option of sending push notifications to the participants using the application works very well. In addition, the platform creates great networking opportunities - there are many options for contacting the organizer and/or other participants of the event.
The platform also has several disadvantages and limitations that make it difficult for us to plan/manage the event. The ones we find the most annoying are:

This platform is effective for online event quitely. I joined a career fair in this platform. Participants can be chat with company representatives. It's more interactive platforms than others.
This platform has a chat box for event participants. However, this box is a very tiny size. Reading messages is hard for users. The chat box's size can be maximized.
We use it for event management in my business. In addition, I used it for event participants last year. This platform can be easily used for organizing online events. Especially our customers and participants are pleased with this platform.
The support staff is excellent and highly professional. When I had a login issue while reviewing our template for an up-and-coming DoD event there was an authentification issue.

Guest registration for the Gala and the Sports Masters Ball was conducted electronically for the first time using the Eventory platform.
It took place in two stages, for which two different events were prepared: one online for initial registration and the second on-site.
During the first stage, participants filled out a form, which allowed for a preliminary verification of the guest list before generating individual QR codes for them. This allowed us to exclude guests not on the invitation list.
The registration form was a tool for collecting data such as dietary preferences, accompanying person details, and consent to marketing communication.
At the same time, participants agreed to the event's terms and conditions. After verification, the registered persons' data were imported into the second stage of registration.
Then, participants automatically received a QR code that contained information about the assigned table, diet, participation category (media, award presenter, nominee) and served as an admission ticket.
It was mandatory to have an ID document at the entrance, which increased security - both in terms of verification and limiting access to participant data. The reception hostesses only needed the Eventory check-in app. Last year, they had access to a file with the guest list.
This system streamlined the reception's work, enabling quick information delivery to guests about their places, and raised the level of security. We significantly reduced the queue for event registration.
Eventory was used for the first time on such a large scale in the context of a live event, offering high-quality customer service. Two technological innovations were implemented for us, which significantly improved the efficiency of our work.
