.An easy to use platform - enables us to get content to relevant audiences

Certain features require a lot of administration to maximize engagement

The platform is used as our central learning and communications platform. It allows us to share business communications to our whole virtual workforce quickly and easily. It is used daily by the business to share knowledge and recommend learning content.

It is a user-friendly platform, the account management team are brilliant and are always on hand to support right the way through from the point of building your platform, configuring and implementing.

There are a huge number of features available that the 5App team continually improve and update as well as adding brand new features frequently based on their customer needs and individual experiences. On top of that, the platform is able to integrate with a wide rage of other systems within our organisations ecosystem to provide the best user experience.

For someone like me that didn't have an extensive background in L&D but managed the implementation process of this tool within our company, the process was seamless and stress free from start to finish

One thing that is not currently offered by 5App that I would find very useful is the automatic generation of certificates including the names of the staff member to download. There is the option to award a certificate for a completed training course but it is only a generic certificate created by yourself, it does not have the functionality to autogenerate the name of person who completed the course.

5App helped us set up on demand training for a new system we were launching and were on hand to help every step of the way. The ongoing support they have provided has been excellent. They are always available when we need them, have helped us to troubleshoot issues as they arise as well as making sure we are getting the most out of the features

Nothing to feedback currently, we are looking forward to continuing working with them in the coming year

Allows the users of our platform to train on how to use the platform in a short amount of time, also helps the users revisit and cover other areas whenever they need to

5App is a great product which has enabled us to deliver on demand training for a new system which we have been rolling out to our customers. We haven't needed to use everything 5App offers but we can see the potential for future improvements.

The support we have received has been excellent - the team are always on hand to help, quick to answer questions and troubleshoot issues and they have been a pleasure to work with.

There are lots of thing that make deploying and using the 5App platform a great experience. Firstly as an admin it is extremely efficient to use. I can get a piece of content up and deployed in seconds without any complexity at all. Secondly It reflects the content we are providing on 21st Century skills - if the platform did not match the users high expectations of a web experience then we would lose the user immediately. Our users love 5App! Thirdly the people at 5App are reachable and really helpful when i need some advice - although i have only needed advice a handful of times in the last 3 years because the platform just works. Lastly the Platform is extremely easy to implement and deploy - we have almost no queries from users trying to get onto the platform...again creating something that is as simple and seamless as this is very hard and the 5App team have done a great job.

None that i have encountered at all. I can honestly say that 5App does exactly what it purports to do.

Serving up content to large numbers of people in India - acquiring and retaining their engagement - in a very 21stC manner.

5app has great customer service and is easy to use once you get the hang of it.

I don't have much to compare it with. Maybe some features aren't always intuitive but they are constantly evolving the product, so issues get fixed.

It’s a platform where all my international colleagues can access the most up-to-date and curated training content. It makes our lives simpler.

User-friendly tool that easily adapts to your business needs. Easy to manage as an admin and to integrate with, for example, Teams. Customer support is excellent. They are a very friendly team that responds quickly.

I can't think of any downsides to the product.

5App provides a learning platform that staff can use for self development in an area of interest.

We can also share business content with staff through the platform to ensure their knowledge is up to standard.

Impressed with the practical functions offered and the excellent customer service. The support team was very professional and provided top-notch technical assistance, ensuring my needs were met promptly and efficiently.

The cost for whole package and the reporting are a bit expensive.

The platform's design is intuitive, making navigation seamless even for beginners. The courses are well-organised, and the content is interactive. One of my favorite aspects of 5app is its flexibility and ability to work for a whole host of different needs.

Customer support at 5app is phenomenal as well. The 5app team is always quick to respond and eager to help with any questions or technical issues, which makes me feel valued as a user.
