"Compatible with our software"
What do you like best about 4PatientCare?

I like that it works directly with our cloud service. It allows patients to get reminders, confirm or change appointments and get notified when products are ready to be picked up.

What do you dislike about 4PatientCare?

I wish the dashboard was more user friendly. Such as removing patients from recalls, or changing their ways of contact and phone numbers. It would also be nice to navigate what patient's have been notified per account.

What problems is 4PatientCare solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is freeing up time on the phone with our front desk staff. It also has stopped us from having to mail out postcards which is saving us time and money in postage and supplies.

What do you like best about 4PatientCare?

I like that you can easily send out blast emails and have patients book appointments online

What do you dislike about 4PatientCare?

I disliked the amount of reports, felt some were repetitive or unnecessary

What problems is 4PatientCare solving and how is that benefiting you?

Gaining online appointments and reaching out to patients

What do you like best about 4PatientCare?

Sends satisfied Patients to review sites, when their links are working anyway.

What do you dislike about 4PatientCare?

An Antiquated, flawed software, with minimal support and dysfunctional EHR integration. 4PC acknowledges issues but doesn't resolve them.

What problems is 4PatientCare solving and how is that benefiting you?

At the moment it is not. Theoritically, when working, it should manage scheduling, recall and direct patients to review sites...
