We debated getting an ecommerce intelligence product but on further conisderation felt that it could suit our requirements. It's user-friendly, has a good number of features on MAP, VoC, and DSA, and worked well for our brand.

We were interested in VoC and the tool met our needs. Although better insights with the integration of generative AI would be huge plus.

We needed to understand how our customers felt about our product and VoC helped with with that.

We've had issues in monitoring our products online and detecting MAP violations. 42Signals has helped us tremendously by providing timely notifications when such instances occur. Customer support is also great and the tool is fairly easy to use.

I'd prefer if it had better integration with other platforms that we use internally

Easy access to data from multiple marketplaces that allows you to get product and competitor intelligence seamlessly. It also aids in decision making and is very easy to use.

I don't see it as a big issue, but I'd like more interactive graphs to visualize the data.

It's really useful to understand digital shelf analytics and customer feedback. I've also found it useful to learn my product's share of search

Sometimes I need data from different secondary platforms, so that additional functionality would be helpful. Hope it's added in the future.

There could be more data sources from e-commerce platforms that are less popular than the giants
