We currently use another platform called Experios for creating our content. However, we have many old PDFs designed by agencies over the years and wanted to add them to our website quickly. 3D Issue suggested their alternative Flipbooks platform, which allowed us to achieve this in minutes. It allowed us to drag and drop our PDFs onto the platform welcome screen and convert them in minutes. Also, their customer support team are outstanding. We had some trouble with crop marks for one of our PDFs, and Dwain from their team helped us resolve it in minutes via email. Very speedy response. 10/10

Would have liked our readers to have the ability to share our Menu using QR codes. However, their team has assured us this is coming in their next update.

We have many old archived PDFs that were already designed, and we did not want to waste them. 3D issue Flipbook allowed us to quickly add them to the software and upload them in minutes. All staff members can use this software as it is a drag-and-drop tool. There are many other features within the software, but we have not yet had time to explore them fully.

Can't work off of a local server (at least I don't think so), files have to be resident on same drive as software. Not a huge deal, tho.

3D Issue Flipbook is great to use. The tools are really intuitive and make it super quick and easy to create very professional-looking flipbooks. It's very straightforward to add interactivity, and the finished products look very polished. We started creating flipbooks using this solution approximately two years ago and they've proven really popular Really happy that we started using this solution!

Managing users could be a bit more straightforward. However, Support have always been quick to solve any problems I raise with them. Our preference is to retain issues for a long time, so it would be good if there was the option to assign a new owner to a flipbook when there's a change of personnel.

We like being able to offer our content in many different formats. Flipbooks are a great addition. Being able to create them so quickly means we are very efficient.

From my initial engagement with 3D Issue I was very impressed. We needed this product with a quick turnaround on activation and training. The pre-sale, cost breakdown and planning was seamless thanks to Ronan Campbell. His enthusiasm for the product reassured us that this would be a great benefit to our company.

We used this product to create a digital edition of our Annual Reports. With a lot of our activity now online, this was the perfect fit to bring our publication to a new level with embedded video clips and links. We plan on using this also to generate informational publications. The software is very user friendly with first class support if needed.

Our experience was very positive and continues to be.

There's nothing I dislike about this product.

I can now offer a more enhanced service to my clients, providing very professional-looking results that have value. The time saving means I can move onto the next task quicker.

3D Issue has made creating digital catalogs alot easier. Adding assets and a table of contents or updating pages takes only a few minutes versus the old program we previously used. In the age of digital catalogs a program that works without adding additional time is beneficial.

Web version versus desktop do not work together.

Ease of adding a table of contents and moving thoughout the catalog. With a 200+ page catalog this is important for our sales representatives. Catalogs have been utilized and viewed more than with our previous platform used.

This flip book app makes all your publications look so professional and easy for your customers to read. I have been very impressed with it. It's super easy to use and customize.

There are very few downsides to this application. I can see how some people would have some frustrations with installation or getting used to the interface.

I was sick and tired of just uploading PDF docs that really should be read like a newsletter or magazine. This application lets users flip through these pdf documents like they are reading from a magazine, book or newsletter. Great sound effects too.

Providing PDFs in an interesting 'turn the page' kind of way that more fully replicates a printed piece of literature.
