The ease of use and convenience of the service.

I've never had an issue with using 2ship.

Being able to ship a package without having to sign in to multiple websites to check prices.

Solution for everyone, works with all the courier and offers same day shipping.

Fast and prompt service with any issues relating to the site.

There is nothing I dislike about 2ship and it's service.

Rather than set up profiles with all couriers and have a huge number of logins 2ship provides one access to all couriers.

I like the intuitive interface and ease of use to adjust data and see updated rates quickly

Inability to create FAK groups where the "rated as" class falls inside another FAK group

Think bigger than your current solution. The 2Ship development team are always adding new functionality not found in other solutions.

Providing a harmonized environment where many users can create shipments and have all information consolidated for reporting

Working with the implementation team to integrate 2-Ship into our existing customer software was extremely easy and professional. During the testing phase, they were always open to changes and suggestions of improving the integration.

On occasion, the rating can be slow, but that is not always the problem of the software. Carrier Company sites to provide the rates are sometimes to blame. (IE: UPS, Purolator, CPC)

We replaced an existing system which was extremely tedious to try and keep up to date. 2-Ship more than exceeded our needs. Creating Third Party billing shipments now very easy.

The team at 2Ship have been great with following up with alternatives and ideas to help my business.

That I am not able to use them for more services.

We have a small online business and finally can easyily fulfill, print labels and ship with just a few simple steps! We can also track all orders and include notes easily so our customer service has improved as well.

When calling in to customer service, which I had to do only once. People there should be a little more willing to help and fix the issue rather than just say it back to the customer, you made a mistake.

Well, that is the reason we are calling to FIX IT! but generally calling in is not required it is pretty simple to use and fix problems.

Confusing to launch our fairly simple website, but there are lots of parameters in which we have to work.

Created a link from our old site to our new 2Ship site. Better looking. Able to pull accurate reports and site is simple to manage.
