The downside (dislike) is having PreProd Maintenance on Friday afternoons when many projects are wrapping up.

We have been a customer of 1 World Sync for many years. I personally have worked with the product for 8 years. It is so easy that I'm 90% self taught. I did find a couple of live classes that were very helpful. We use a URL for images so my job is 1 and done. If the image is updated, it will show instantly. We have an Inhouse studio, so we don't use that service.

The Enhanced user experience (versus the Classic version) is a much-valued experience. Very intuitive and user-friendly. There are prompts and help at your fingertips and the Playlist feature is truly a time saver. Also, the search feature is a must-have--it makes searching for particular fields easy.
I wish there were more Playlist options--especially Kroger (one I use frequently). I also wish there was more in-depth information about certain errors. Most errors are explained (and even shown exactly where they are), but sometimes I get an error and cannot find where the field is located. Also, if an item is submitted but not accepted for some reason, sometimes there is little information about the reason. Fortunately, the 1WorldSync support is very helpful.
The Playlist feature is one that has sped up and improved my data so much. I can't fully explain how simple it is to just pull down a playlist for a particular vendor and see exactly what fields I need to complete.
