17 Hats has helped me tremendously! I was having a hard time managing emails, calendars, contracts, invoices, etc., but this product has really kept me together and organized!

Client's are always impressed by my speed and organization of the onboarding process from questionnaire to service agreement and contract (and there's sooo many features beyond that I don't even use regularly!).
That invoices don't allow for images, otherwise I would use it for invoicing too.

Before, I was using Quickbooks Online and thought it was way more than what I required and too costly to keep up. I like how this company is constantly updating its software. As result, it made the software more better than ever.
CONS: While this software has a number of wonderful things under the hood that significantly helped me business, there some features that I wish they'd have in their list. For instance, there's no option to send a statement of due amount to my clients. I had to resort sending every invoice that they've yet to pay for. Another thing: once you've recorded as statement, there's no other way to head back and make date changes.

I love how I can have projects for all clients and be able to create invoice under such projects. I felt everything is a lot more manageable. It's simple to use. I like knowing when your client has looked into your invoice. It's good a feeling to know your invoice has been looked at.

PROS: What I like most about it is its customer support service, because they are always open to suggestions and opinions. They helped us to set our platform accordingly and I can use from its templates instead of creating new ones. There are great templates for Contact/Quotes/Contracts/Invoices/Emails/Lead Capture Forms and PayPay integration. Before using this tool we used to manage our business processes manually, and this was contra-productive and time consuming.
CONS: I don’t have dislikes about this platform, because the support team always listens our opinion and suggestions.
I love the email templates and the ability to customize them to suit my business and clients. The automation is great! I've tried just about every tool out there, but 17hats seems to be the perfect fit for what I need, and the onboarding tutorial was a lifesaver! I'm a very busy mother of toddler girls and I own 2 businesses. My day is quite busy and overwhelming at times. I usually have to struggle with getting used to using a new software or tool for my business, but it's been a breeze learning 17hats. They have an easy to follow, step-by-step onboarding process where you learn by reading the instructions and doing the task you're learning at the same time. My crazy overwhelmed brain was able to keep up with the tutorial and retain the knowledge thanks to their hands on approach.
The price isn't outrageous or anything, but it is a bit more pricey than their competitors. I really think the interface is bland and boring but I can live with that! I sometimes get confused when creating forms and I'm not sure if that is the tools fault or if it's just me. I have 2 LCF's for my business. One is an inquiry form, the other is leads that are more serious about purchasing my services and is in the form of a client application form. I wanted to bypass the Lead Capture/Inquiry form completely and use only the client application form. 17hats automatically responds when a LCF/Inquiry is submitted with a thank you email and a link to schedule a call. It took me the longest time to figure out how to respond to inquiries with an invitation to fill out the application instead, instead of a link to schedule a call. I figured it out eventually and if I had asked the support team them would have been glad to help. There's nothing really terrible about this tool in my eyes, just a few bumpy spots here and there.
Having a user-friendly client portal has taken alot of hassle and confused new clients off my shoulders. Other tools have lacked in this department. It's either easy to use on my side or easy on the client side, but normally not both at the same time. The client portal is easy for me to set up on my end, easy to access and understand on the cleint end, and it's a simple interface. It's not hard to understand, it's not loaded down with "extra fluff" that I don't need and my clients aren't interested in. But the most helpful and beneficial parts about this tool is having everything in one place and not having to bounce around from tool to tool to do my job everyday. I'm an overthinker when it comes to drafting a document or an email. I will revise a million times and I'm not satisfied until it's absolutely perfect. As you can imagine, this is a huge time-killer for me. 17hats may not be able to completely eliminate my problem but they sure have save me alot of time each day by having templates for email and documents.
PROS: I like its ability in managing my business in different angles. Whether it's acquiring leads, managing clients, dealing with projects to handling expenses, and managing income via calendar/e-mail integration, it's an all-out solution. A software Workflow section is available for automating follow-ups/reminders/e-mails of a project timeline. This can be anywhere from cold calls to sales to follow-ups. This system was purposely done for those requiring an extensive yet simple solution.
CONS: Its mobile app lacks certain financial functionality that I'd like to work on my smart device. For example, sending out an invoice or monitoring expenditures in real-time. It's like an additional app for handling the only people I want: my customers.
PROS: What i like most about this software is the fact that is easy to use and its learning curve is straightforward. Its customer support service is wonderful, they are responsive and highly helpful. All its questionnaires, emails and the workflows work perfectly well. You can use from its templates that are free. I have to say that I’m managing several businesses with 17Hats.
CONS: I’d like to see client portal like within other programs. Also, there is no way to build a project without having a client attached to it. In addition, you cannot get a snapshot through a prinatble or downloadable report. Furthermore, the mobile app needs some improvements.
PROS: This is perfect tool for managing every level of my business. Starting from managing clients to the projects, to expenses and income management including email and calendar integration, to getting leads. I like its workflows section because it automatically follow ups or emails or even reminders for a timeline of a project for both cold calls to sales. This is simple and comprehensive solution that meets all our needs.
CONS: They could add financial aspects within the mobile version.
