We simply couldn't do nearly as much for promoting employee engagement and developing our managers without 15Five as the core tool. Straight forward to use. Had all employees using it pretty much immediately.
May take a little bit to understand how to best use it if you are not familiar with basic HR development concepts - not a bad thing as the software teaches as you go.

When there is an urgent issue, it's difficult to get ahold of support because there is no phone number or way to indicate escalation when submitting an email ticket. I also wish there was a regular cadence that our account rep reached out to review strategy for the quarter, at least.

I wish the engagement tool was a little better for reporting. Engagement scores dont report back to managers profiles in 15five. You also can't compare your scores to other companies if you have custom questions. Can only be 15five questions.

I wish 15Five integrated with Slack for a quick pulse check that takes less than a minute to complete.
We use 15Five for all things performance management, and for a source of truth behind documentation. We also track company objectives at the company, department and employee level to increase company-wide visibility and transparency.
Honestly we don't use it that much, we usually just take notes on our own time because this is just another tool. I understand what you guys are trying to do with it but it is not required for the company to use this at all nor do many people use it for that reason. And until more people use this for a required reason it will probably stay that way
The pure fact that this is just another tool in the tech stack that I have to keep up with. There needs to be more engage throughout the whole team unfortunately, this just doesn't seem very genuine when you could just call someone and give them a verbal high five if that makes sense. Also the 1:1's are kind of useless on here, no one actually writes note or anything because what really needs to change is having nice charts with goals that we can complete every single day, at least from a pre-sale and post-sale perspective.
Honestly not saying that I would not recommend your software. But this is something that is really only needed for people that are working from home. Once we are back in the office, this will all change because face to face appreciation is way more effective than a post on some website. This is also the same thing for 1:1

PROS: 15Five helps me be more accountable for the projects that I'm working on. Its messages and notifications are great for reminding me about tasks that I would forget about otherwise. I used to be in a constant state of overwhelm but 15Five has managed to provide structure to my chaotic schedule as a startup entrepreneur. It helps me see both the long-term goal and the tasks that require immediate updates.
CONS: I wish that we could have a shared dashboard as a team. It's helpful in showing me all my pending deliverables and tasks. I'm pretty sure that a shared one will help us distribute tasks more efficiently too.
PROS: 15Five is surprisingly intuitive--not a common characteristic associated with employee management applications. The developers have done a pretty good job of anticipating the users' needs, and it shows. It's a great tool for boosting work morale as well. Sometimes, I breeze through my tasks without feeling any sense of accomplishment. 15Five's weekly reports validate my work and almost feels like a pat in the back after a productive week. This can be reflected in the yearly reviews as well. I also like how easy it is to plan and sort through my priorities on 15Five. Not to mention, it takes away the stress of having to personally walk up to my boss and give updates or ask for feedback.
CONS: I haven't identified any major issues with the program. However, sometimes I do wish there is a way to manually input the time when a task has been completed. See, I don't always tick-off items on the to-do list until I'm sure that the person next to me on the pipeline has received and acknowledged the deliverable. So if the deadline is Friday, and the person sends acknowledgment receipt on a Monday, that's when I can complete the task. Of course, by this time, the system has flagged the item as late and it becomes permanent on my record.
