The program is straightforward to use and features a lot of great data points. The submissions are easy to read, and we like that the program emails us for each request. This allows us to respond quickly to the data being collected. We can also add our own data and common data collection questions.
Some of the forms only allow specific data to be added. There are times when we would like to customize it even further than what is permitted. However, while we have used the form-building software, they are constantly improving to add more features.
We use it to collect return form information, pricing, and freight request data. This allows us to hear directly from the customer without a phone call saving us time and getting the info they want to them faster.

I would love to have these features
• The Thank you page should return to the site after a certain period of time or have a link to go back to the site
• Before saving a form have a remainder to have all the configurations in place, just to make sure once is published will have a fully configured Form.

123FormBuilder has a very good platform that is easy to use even for the first timer or amateur because of already made templates for different forms, which is not found in most of other form builder platforms.
The only thing I dislike about this platform is that I had difficulties in re logging to my account. It is asking for google recaptcha before I could logged in back, which I don't know the meaning at that point in time.
123FormBuilder helped me solve a lead-generating problem when I have a problem in generating leads due to a low-converting form page by using some platform. So by using 123FormBuilder with the already-built template, I found my way around the problem. Thanks to 123FormBuilder 👍👍👍!!!
The platform is very user friendly. I did not need to read any documentation because everything was so intuitive for me. The possibilities are vast when creating fields. I really liked:
1. You can add google map
2. Use HTML and CSS Code for more customisation
3. Multiple choice: the possibility to randomise answers and create validation
I did not find anything that I disliked about the tool itself, and it could be very powerful if connected to salesforce and be better than Docusign, which is very complex to understand and setup.
I would use this tool for sending survey from salesforce and be able to track each form as record in salesforce and run reports. Also to sign NDAs
