I appreciate 11Sight's one-click video calling feature the most, as it significantly enhances customer engagement and streamlines the sales process.

Currently, there's nothing about 11Sight that I dislike. It meets my needs effectively with its efficient and user-friendly features.

11Sight solves the challenge of instant customer connection and lead qualification, benefiting me by enhancing sales efficiency and improving customer engagement experiences.

No software is needed to be downloaded on either end outside of the webcam. The quality of the video reception is great Best of all, it is much cheaper than Zoom

The only complaint I have is that I wish that the company would clean up the administrator's interface. It's a little clunky and hard to find things.

A much cheaper video conferencing alternative to Zoom. Zoom is great, but this platform gets you and your contacts together along with a fair complement of features.

It is really easy to use, there sís no need to download it

I have nothing to dislike but some improvements can be done to the UI of the dashboard.

11Sight is so powerful and customisable that the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) are hard to understand.

So I work hard on that, and now I can use 11Sight at 100%.

I know the new UI/UX will be rolled out in February 2022 so great because this app is continuously improving.

With 11sight we can now have online meetings but also on-demand phone calls directly from our website, meeting rooms and so much more. While it misses some features, we are confident that the developer is going to continue moving forward making this tool even more amazing!

For the time being I am missing breakout rooms (zoom feature), otherwise I can't think right now of any other shortcoming from this app. I am very well aware that right now the app is still in a growing phase and I am confident the developer will be listeing to their customer base.
