It would be nice if certain tags, such as task status, were mandated during check-ins.
PeopleCues has helped our teams self-reflect, identify gaps, prioritise their KRs and call out interdependencies between groups, resulting in streamlining workflows, better collaboration between teams and achieving more without burnout.
It's great, it makes me more focused on work, and at the end of the day, there is a proper calculation of growth in my career.

1. I believe there are more features that can be introduced that will add to the overall experience.
2. Limited visual graphs or slightly cumbersome button placement - Adding visual graphs and different view options can be a great plus for the platform.
It's a complete one-place solution where we can manage OKRs and track progress. It would be a very difficult task otherwise if we didn't have a tool for this. Great value.

As a startup, we were looking more at product innovation, so we couldn't focus more on goal setting and work philosophy. But partnering with the xto10x team helped us in the smooth implementation of OKRs work philosophy in our organisation which will help us in performance management and goal setting within the organisation.
- Platform using experience is great with a seamless and focussed UI
- The ease with which you can create/edit/share and communicate your OKRs is quite smooth.
- A great support infra with good platform maturity ensures good uptime
- Capabilitiy to Bulk upload goals
- Platform might seem complex to new users, UI / design enhancements might help
- Few advanced functionalities like independent and company/non-company goals seemed confusing to me
- Exporting okrs to excel requires you to ensure all OKR cascades are open, which gives you control but take away the speed
Not just setting up of OKRs and providing a platform for it, the support provided in terms of ensuring adoption and championing OKRs helps make the transition smoother.
The view and layouts are designed with task hierarchies in place. The additional functionalities of description and milestone were helpful too.
I would have loved the additional functionality of selecting multiple levels in filters and suggested auto fill-ups for parent goals basis the progress of sub-goals
It works as a one-stop inventory for all tasks and their progress, be it for scale or general projects. Eliminates the need for multiple check-ins with different stakeholders and documents it for reference at any time.

Very intuitive tool. Some more process improvements like the introduction of 9 box talent cards etc. would elevate the user experience further. Coupled with the OKR module, the experience is quite seamless.
Customizations allowed are quite limited.
Helps us define our talent segments and build capabilities.Allows us to make the performance management process more objective and transparent. The survey tool allows us to gauge the pulse of employees and bring in improvements.
The upside of having Peoplecues tool is the option of automated triggers via email and slack whenever objectives or KRAs are updated or whenever check-ins are required
Nothing as of now. Peoplecues team has a roadmap in mind and whatever feedback has been shared with them is being worked upon. So will wait to see the progress on the same.
Peoplecues is solving the manual followup part of it wherein we need not track or send reminders manually to employees to complete every step in the performance management process
