What I like about this ATS is that it is easy to navigate and learn even if it is your first time using this application. It is very similar to Workable! If you are looking for a good and cost-effective option, choose 100HIRES!

What do you like best about 100Hires?

The integration with job boards is super helpful. I can post a job once and it gets shared across multiple platforms automatically. I also love how easy it is to communicate with candidates directly through the system, saving us a lot of email back-and-forth.

What do you dislike about 100Hires?

There’s a small learning curve at the beginning, especially if you’re new to ATS systems. And while it covers most of what we need, I’d love to see a mobile app in the future for quick access on the go.

It does help to filter resumes, schedule interviews and hired the best match for the job. Also reduces manual task through AI ( like improve your job descriptions) , templates and you can tailored workflows, shares recruitment process with hiring manager and have the control in all the process.

Maybe add some icons and make it more visual atrative. In the other hand, enhance insights into recruitment performance in every job slot.
