It is extremely simple to use it. Anyone can learn in less than a week how to navigate it. All the patient and clients information has an easy access button. Custommer support is amazing, the team will help you at any time.

Updates have removed patient estimated weight entry at the time of new patient entry so signalment at top of page is corrupted and puts the team at risk on their first view of the patient. It has also removed the google maps link from the client address page that removes easy access for mobile pratices teams from working out a days work for the doctors.
Call backs, forward booking, detailed standard medical records, inventory control, client Communicaitons, scheduling, and ability to import and use documents I need and now Covetrus pharmacy that fits my mobile practice quite well.
I love Covetrus Pulse becasue of how easy it is to use and navigate. I have little to no problems in teaching my staff to use it, no matter what age they may be. I have always been able to use the help center with any complications and had an answer to my question in a matter of minutes. I love how many things we are able to intergrate with pulse.
There are not too many things that I dislike about Pulse. It is easy to use and usually has all of the things that I need to succeed in Practice on the daily. I would highly reccomend.
They have helped us solve our exam form issue. We have had several staff memebers leave exam forms open in rooms. Pulse helped us figure out a way for Pulse to notify us when a record is incomplete or open on a seperate device.
eVetPractice makes paperless medical records super easy. Everything is organized and customized(your exam forms, lab forms, email templates, etc.). Emailing patient records is super simple. The email feature is just great in general-you can customize a list of clients for a mass email, and track when it's been delivered and opened by the client. They are constantly updating and improving the system. And the tech support is always fantastic.
Not much. I do wish we could have more than one patient record open at a time. I'd also like the ability to add a new inventory item right from the same screen I'm entering a purchase order on. When we request "enhancements" to make the flow of our practice easier, Pulse tends to take a REALLY long time to fulfill the requests/updates, if they do it at all. Recently, one of their "enhancements" was to change the color (pink/blue) of the border of the medical records to indicate the gender of the patient....I don't know a practice manager, dvm, or technician that uses evet/pulse who thought this should've taken priority over the many other requests to help with workflow.
The makor decrease of paper in the practice is great. There's no worry about where a chart is located. I also like that we can access the system online, even if we lose power at the office-we can hotspot an ipad to someone's phone and access the records and schedules.
Paperless records that use a cloud and browser can be accessed anywhere at any time. When the electricity goes off or Wi-Fi down, we can still use it on our phones.

Use customer support
You can create any document you want and pre-fill it using the practice codes. You can alter almost everything in the software and make it yours and personal. It makes everything so easy and so fast. And the best thing is it was created for veterinarians specifically
We are a fairly new practice, so we were looking for a Practice Management system that wasn't going to break the bank but that also did what we needed it to do. We had originally started with another cloud-based system, but figured out early on that is was not going to meet our needs. EVet meets our needs and is very easy to use. If you have any questions their techs are right on it, I never need to wait for an answer to a question or a fix to a problem I might have.
I wish there were a few more reports for inventory, some times I have to look a few places to get all the answers I need.
It is definitely worth giving a try if you are looking for a cloud-based system. Their customer support is top-notch and the system is very easy to use.
The biggest problem we solved and the benefit we realized was the ease of communicating with our clients. You can easily send a text or an email with just one click. Also, we are paper light, so having all of the documents in the patient account, easily accessed is very helpful.
I love how easy it is to reach out for assistance, either by chat or on the phone tech support rocks!
Downfalls would be so many clicks to get to things, my doctors always complain about having so many clicks to insert an exam form.

Being an avid Avimark user, Pulse is the enhanced, cloud version of Avimark, with many more features. Simple to use with great support when needed. Easy training for new users and transition has been amazing! The migration steps were very direct and guided which made transition from the old cloud-based system to Pulse super easy. This software meets our needs better than others we tried. Support has been fabulous!
I dislike that text messaging does not actually write back to the file. However, through Rapport, we do have a history of the messages.
Pulse is much more user friendly than our previous cloud-based software. In addition, it integrates with everything from our online store to all diagnostic services we use to on-site diagnostics.
