A job costing system involves the process of accumulating information about the costs associated with a specific production or service job. This information may be required in order to submit the cost information to a customer under a contract where costs are reimbursed.

Bug tracking is the process of capturing, reporting, and managing data on bugs that occur in software (also called errors and exceptions). The goal is to maintain high product quality, using two types of services: task management systems and bug capturing tools.

A live broadcast, also called a live transmission, generally refers to various types of media that are broadcast without a significant delay.

The method of administering and controlling the finances associated with business ventures is known as budget management. It’s not only about coming up with a single overall number for a particular project but also about understanding the individual cost elements and the logistics of budget tracking.

A backlog is a high-level list of everything that the team needs to work on. Backlog Management is therefore the “What” that needs to be accomplished, sorted by importance. The backlog is used in the release and iteration (sprint) planning sessions as the source of features and work to draw from and plan for completion within the time period.
