What do you like best about Zoiper?

One of the best, Pocket friendly and can intergrate with other systems, Such as CRM or other Tools. Provides best Internet calling

There is nothing to dislike in Zoiper. Free version is very basic but once paid it is best

A friendly user interface, it is intuitive, easy to navigate, and efficient in meeting it features.

It does not provide the phone numbers when a recent call is made.

Zoiper allows me to communicate with my clients. I can easily run calls from my laptop with it tremendous useful features.

I am working from home so is like any other telephone Great customer service support and great app

What do you like best about Zoiper?

I can receive up to 3 calls and I can transfer. I can call from any application by just clicking the number. Google, chrome, you name it!

Sometimes if you open RM first does not synchronize with RM therefore you don't see who's calling

What do you like best about Zoiper?

I like that you can make call with a hight quality. It has a lot of features, easy to integrate with other programs. I use it every day. It is user-friendly.

What do you dislike about Zoiper?

I do not like that you have to enter a password every time you make a call. I think that it is because of security matters.

We had a lot of problems calling our candidates, but with Zoiper, our life is way better. It brings you a good quality during the calls.

Easy to use. Easy to configure. And multiaccount management.

Price per user licence is bit expensive as it is for softphone only . zoiper android version consumes high bettery.

Reaching out customers overseas. Dialing is very easy As zoiper provides easy VOIP service setup. Application perform good. Zoiper is easy to use soft phone.

good and robust SIP Softphone

using ZOIPER with my home "AVM FritzBox" (that is an ADSL modem-router-device with VOIP / SIP softphone functionality); and i am overall satisfied with the app, it is under most conditions reliable when it comes to incoming calls. Only i whish they would make a push service without having to pay for it (i get like 1 call per month so a paywill for a push function is not really attractive); have to keep the app in wakelock which somehow drains battery but the reliability is more important. Currend phone is Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro. The SIP registry is my FritzBox which has a public IPv4 (and public IPv6) and i can use TCP over UDP. With so many softphones around, i consider ZOIPER as one of the best, please continue your work.
in long term i am interested in direct IP-to-IP calls! As IPv6 now AT LAST gets more popular (e.g. my provider in Austia offers my phone a public ipv6 and NAT ipv4) i wonder if direct ip to ip calls can become attractive again. Rather than Dynamic DNS solutions maybe as a feature request i can propose some kind of zoiper-like DNS? Anyhow, please keep going, you're doing a good job!

What do you like best about Zoiper?

I love that is linked to the Accounts in rent manager, so every time someone calls you can see everything in a second. You can take up to 3 calls at the time and that's great

What do you dislike about Zoiper?

Sometimes is not linked to Rent manager if you for example open Rent Manager first or you don't have it in the screen. But if you have it in your screen will be linked so is fine

What problems is Zoiper solving and how is that benefiting you?

Well a lot. Our office is in New York but me, I'm working from home so... I can not have a physical phone (landline) and that's why is a life changing system.

Great stuff! Great software for the phone communications with my clients!

What do you like best about Zoiper?

Great design, possibility of use for free for the calling purposes. A fantastic way to communicate between the clients of your industry, a lot of useful commands to use within the app (e.x. to access the Voicemails and etc.)

What do you dislike about Zoiper?

I cannot put any of my customers or colleagues on hold on the line. I can only talk and be on hold with 2 people at the same time and I cannot call the third one at all.

What problems is Zoiper solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is a great app for solving all of my daily working needs regarding the phone connectivity with my colleagues, clients, and everything is coming for free!
