What do you like best about VisitUs Reception?

Easy guest and staff login, delivery log and notification, visitor and contractor ID badges printed upon check in, evacuation options, mobile phone link notification for emergencies evacuation, great statistical graphs and data, well designed and sleek appearance, helpful and speedy customer support.

What do you dislike about VisitUs Reception?

Our WiFi sometimes isn’t strong enough for the printer, therefore visitors need to wait longer for their badges which can be frustrating, an alternative may be to hardwire the printer into a local network?

What do you like best about VisitUs Reception?

It is user friendly and people's privacy is protected when collecting information for contact tracing. The reports are easy to use and are comprehensive they have taken the guess work out of our statistical data reporting to important stakeholders.

What do you dislike about VisitUs Reception?

Nothing it is a fantastic system and wish we had implemented it sooner. We used to operate with manual sign in book which was labour intensive and not private.

Surprisingly nothing ! The implementation was simple, affordable and looks very slick controlled from a single place for multiple devices (and reception desks)

What do you like best about VisitUs Reception?

The evacuation feature was the initial drawcard for our business as we utilize a range of labour hire providers and often have sales reps or maintenance contractors onsite. However, through 2020, the need to maintain a COVID register and screen visitors appropriately for our business, we have found VisitUs to be a simple and effective tool to do this. The screening questions are easy to change as needed and the results are readily available online.

What do you dislike about VisitUs Reception?

The new layout (since the update) has been confusing for many of our people. The "Sign In" is now prominent and instead of using the mobile option for subsequent visits, many continued to sign in, in full. This is time consuming and annoying for regulars. I'd love to see the layout changed to be more clear. Something like "First Visit? Click Sign In" "Returning Visitor? Click Mobile"

What problems is VisitUs Reception solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are also tackling the language barrier through the app. Much of the sign in process can be done in multiple languages but I would like the option to upload separate inductions to particular languages (as we have them written in separate documents for each language). Having the ability to change the language of the screening questions would also be good.

It could be a bit quicker I.e a google login for example to load you details quicker

What do you like best about VisitUs Reception?

VisitUs is simple to use, setup and get going. We loved how quick it was to deploy, and the features it includes, such as SMS and email notifications.

What do you dislike about VisitUs Reception?

No integration for Fire Systems, which means when the alarm goes off, we have to manually trigger the alarm through VisitUs, in order to get the register of who is in.

What problems is VisitUs Reception solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted to put our receptionist to better use in the office, but still have a friendly welcome. VisitUs was the main enabling factor of this, and still provides a friendly "Welcome" to visitors.
