Vetstoria reduces our reception workload. It saves us money as fewer receptionists are required. It never needs a holiday and is never sick. Clients like, no, expect to be able to book online these days. The system takes prepayments so fewer no shows and improved cash flow.
Clients being able to reschedule appointments could be more resilient, as this sometimes does not seem easy for clients to use or robust enough not to make mistakes.
Vetstoria is a key component in my practice. We are a start up practice just over a year old. We have gone from zero to £50000+ vat a month in revenue. We could not have done it without the help from vetstoria. If you are not using Vetstoria you really are missing a trick.
We are massively reducing our incoming telephone calls. This allows our reception staff to spend more time with helping clients. Prepayment helps to reduce no shows and improve cashflow. I love linking special appointment types to marketing campaigns.
Offers online appointment booking, you can book appointments anytime, anywhere, from any device. Moreover it is super easy to set up and maintain, adds and removes new staff as needed, in addition to being fully customizable to display the number of appointments for which you want to allow online bookings. Once the system is set up, it only works in the background and needs little or no maintenance, plus adding new vets, holidays, etc. Additionally Vetstoria has worked perfectly with our RxWorks system. It was also very easy to add to our practice website and Facebook pages, instagram, among other mobile applications.

On the other hand new customers who book online require a follow-up call or email so that we can obtain additional pertinent information or know where to call for prior records. Is a good software, the only limitation would be its cost, apart from being oriented to large veterinary centers, our business is a small company that has only 5 veterinary offices and 2 receptionistI
Our clients loved the ease of use and frequently enter all the problems of their pets that they wanted them to consult in the reservation form; this is transferred to the clinical notes and frees our staff from reception duties and saves time, clients can write for free and give us more information. The ability for clients to choose their veterinarian is excellent. In addition, the fact that we can select the species that each vet is comfortable seeing is an advantage. Save staff time during business hours with fewer appointments to book phone calls.
The menu was easy to navigate and the software ran smooth.

I am saving time and money with E-Booking. Online Booking is necessary for any business.
We love giving our clients the option to book at their convenience at any time of day. We can control where they can book based on their appt needs as well as who they book with based on the species of their pets.
Sometimes the support tickets take a little longer to resolve since everything is done by email or chat, but they are very thorough in making sure a solution is found.
Any fast-paced, high-volume clinic should consider adding this option for their clients. The ease of use and flexibility of the program only makes it easier to meet your needs and the client's needs.
We have decreased the number of calls for booking allowing more time for our receptionists to work face to face with the clients checking in and out. We have also increased our number of completed appts rather than having no call no shows since we can charge a deposit.
Integrates well with our current PMS and is easy to configure to allow different appointment types. We currently use Robovet and are migrating to Merlin shortly but will be taking all of our current features and more with us. Good level of control over what is booked when without being too cluttered. Interface is easy to navigate and use - intuitive.
It's taken a little while for us to learn and integrate Vetstoria to its full potential - not a fault of the software but more our busy schedule. I'm yet to find any real negatives so far with the software, I just us to use it to its full capacity.
Try and make sure that you have the time to sit down and implement it fully so that you get maximum benefit from the system - lots to configure but worth the work!
We are trying to free up our reception staff from booking lots of appointments when this can easily be outsourced to an automated system. We have clawed back many reception hours since integration, and generally our client group have responded really well without too many complaints or issues with the technology.
It's an effective booking system, with good customer service. The different vet settings are really handy and convienient. That way the client can already pick which vet they wanna see beforehand.
Sometimes the settings are a little bit complicated.
People like the possibility of just booking online instead of calling us, which saves us a lot of time.
It helps with the flow of our hospital. Our CSRs do not have to spend as much time on the phone scheduling appointments.

Wish you could set up seperate times for different doctors (for instance we have one doctor who works on the 15 minute mark but not every doctor does)

I don't have anything bad to say. Possibly, at times, some of the features take a little bit of time to 'get your head around'.
Makes it easy to divert clients away from reception, at any time, day or night. Has the ability to accept payment in advance of consultations. Can also recognise callers from mobile devices and has the ability to send a booking link, creating further space for our very busy reception team.
