Verse is very effective at implementing an automated script for incoming leads. The customer service team is excellent and will work with you to get the software configured how you want it.

My biggest disappointment was that there really was not much of a human element. This is very much an automated software and my expectation was that once a lead replied, Verse had a human doing the interaction. Further, the setup process is a bit lengthy and there was some time in the beginning that was a bit of a waste as leads were either "qualified" way too quickly, or incorrectly marked as non-qualified.

The biggest problem that Verse solved was that leads are "hottest" the minute they come in. Verse allowed me to be contacting them immediately to initiate the dialogue.

Verse has been a tremendous asset to our company since we started working with them. Our go-to Verse team member, Joshua, is always quick to assist us whenever we have a question or concern. Unlike most companies who will check in on you once in a blue moon after signing on with them, our Verse team meets with us EVERY week to go over stats, progress, and adjustments to make sure we are getting the most out of their service and bringing in the best quality of qualified leads. Furthermore, I titled this review 0 to 100 because before we partnered with Verse, we were getting (comparatively) abysmal amounts of calls each day. As soon as we started working with Verse, our phone lines started ringing non-stop daily! I cannot recommend them enough. From the work they do to the team that they have, Verse is an absolute All-Star company!

Absolutely no complaints other than that I wish we had found them sooner!

Our initial issue was that our call center was not getting the number of calls we needed. Verse partnered up with us and provided a way to reach out to a higher volume of potential leads instantaneously while filtering through those thousands of leads to ensure we qualify leads that fit our service capabilities.

Relieied me of the time needed to spend following up with leads. Many of my leads used to go to waste, but due to their platform I have been making more contact.

First of all, the level of service after the sale is refreshing. Mike M is awesome! Moving on from there, I love that I don't have to worry about being the one to reach out to all the leads the minute they come through. I work pretty much on my own and it's a huge relief to know that there's almost immediate communication to catch these people while they're still engaged in what they're doing on their computer or phone. The response rate has been quite gratifying and easy to manage. I love having an "Assistant". Alex is on it!

Nothing at the moment. We worked out some script changes at the beginning, but I haven't had any problems or issues since.

My first issue was immediate response time. I'm not a slave to my lead notifications anymore. Other than that, I was not good with my follow-up with those leads that didn't respond at initial contact. Now all my leads get a text and those that don't respond, get ongoing nurturing to try to bring them in. Painless for me.

The problems we are solving with Verse.io are quick contact when a lead comes in at any time of day, getting the lead to confirm they are indeed a person and not spam while not wasting our time or efforts tracking them down. We have now integrated calendly and updated our script and have already seen one appointment booked.

We are able to use Verse to handle our after hours lead qualifying for both solar and HVAC. The staff at Verse are amazing to work with.

There is nothing I dislike about working with Verse.
