I like the functionality of UKG. As I spend more and more time in the system I come across more things that can be accessed and done.

I also like the support team. They do a really great job of answering questions and walking you through how to resolve issues.

This is not a huge deal, but I wish the timesheets could be prepoulated further out, in advance.

I believe that thetimesheets are only populated a pay period in advance.

So if we are in the month of October and an employee wants to verify the company holidays for December, the timesheets will not show the days that we have off for the Christmas holiday.

It solves our issue of having a system that can properly track time and attence and PTO.

I like the fact i can easily sign in and use from my phone

Only thing id change is the fact i need to send a text everytime i log in

it helps me keep track of time and attendance

I love the way all punches for a a pay period are easily accessible.

UKG Ready often takes a while to load on each punch and periodically goes offline when the device is online.

UKG Ready has made it very easy and convenient for employees to punch in and out. It's also a great feature that it uses location to ensure the employee is at the job site.

I like being able to to view all my HR information, benefits, PTO.

I haven't found anything I dislike at this time

I love that I can Check my timesheets, predict my pay and access my employee benefits all in one app!

That I have to call in for an authentication code each time I log in.

I can keep track of employees who don't clock out for break and save our budget.

The teammembers that I have worked with for UKG Ready have been very helpful.

Learning a new process is always going to take time but this experience has not been bad.

The upsides of UKG is that it is user friendly and easy to navigate.

The downsides of UKG is the inability to edit your home page to your liking.

UKG has helped my company to really bring together payroll and time cards together. It has made it more simpler to locate and adjust time cards and time sheets.

User interface is incredibly easy to use. There are a vast number of features to help you maximize your platform.

Some of the report pulling functions take some getting used to, but once you figure out one, the same format applies for all. Smooth sailing thereafter!

It put all of our various platforms into one, singular, easy to use platform. It solved a significant efficiency issue we were facing.

The ease of use, the user interface is easy to navigate.

I have not come across any single issue that I dislike as of yet.

I've not had any issues to report and give UKG the opportunity to solve as of yet.

UKG is super user friendly being my 1st time to learn to enter time for my clinic. I am still not a pro but learning and figuring it out as I go.

I would like more ease at readily viewing employee accural time off.

The process for time off submission is more effective via UKG. It' puts the employee more responsible for their entries and requests.
