When I call in a work ticked I get almost a immediate response, so I know how long the issue can take and I can then decide if I need to notify our Facilites and Associates or not. Very responsive!

We would have purchased the time clocks, by not integrating the time clocks we have issues with our ERP transferring data, which is our problem and not a dislike of UKG Pro. If you don't go with UKG Time Clocks your going to regret because if makes the process harder because you have the ERP and UKG and your IT and HRIS on the phone a few times a week fixing items. The clock is your answer.

With the Manager Self Service, we provide managers with information on how to make the best decisions regarding their staff. The roles attached to the My Group directory enable managers to observe the work, compensation and other particularities of their employees and compare it with the rest of the staff. Worker self-service gives the worker the opportunity to be in control of their information and provides a reachable place to store it along with the web and mobile app. People Analytics analytics are excellent with Cognos Analytics underpinning that generates a variety of information; from tables to simple narratives.

It lacks little in comparison to what it was. The greater part of the representatives are quite educated, however their ability to communicate with their work card nimbly prompts many upward. In the past, it was possible to get a faster deal without affecting SLAs.

We use UKG Pro as the current human resource management system for the entire company. Several new features of the system have been investigated to maximize its utilization. In UKG Pro, we are increasing the utilization of cell phones for employment history payment and are using People Analytics to accomplish this. UKGPro is seamless!! Coming from a system that lacked usability and compatibility UKGPro has changed the way we do business in HR. The mere fact our users now have access to manage their data at any given time is huge win for us. Our day-to-day operations has improved tremendously. We are four years in with using UKGPro and have absolutely no regrets!

I can honestly say there is nothing that I dislike about UKGPro nor is there anything that they could do better. UKGPro continues to check all the boxes as a great HCM vendor/platform.

Sometimes it is difficult to connect to customer service if the question is too specific or in an in-depth way of a specific process.

UKG continues to update to be the best and give the customer what they need to make sure their employees have the best experience possible.

Sometimes you have to ask multiple people to get the answer that works best for you.

All digital transformation of workflows and process. Requests and approvals are so simple. The platform has been very reliable.

As an IT team member, I would like to have some more references to how to leverage API interfaces to post or retrieve data from the platform to be used in other processes in the organization. I know this is a feature, but it's been a little difficult to get started.

Streamlined payroll and hiring processes. Having a single application to also complete staff evaluations, goal planning, and training has also made supporting these functions much better.
