Worker self-service gives the worker the opportunity to be in control of their information and provides a reachable place to store it along with the web and mobile app. People Analytics analytics are excellent with Cognos Analytics underpinning that generates a variety of information; from tables to simple narratives.

UKGPro is seamless!! Coming from a system that lacked usability and compatibility UKGPro has changed the way we do business in HR. The mere fact our users now have access to manage their data at any given time is huge win for us. Our day-to-day operations has improved tremendously. We are four years in with using UKGPro and have absolutely no regrets!
I can honestly say there is nothing that I dislike about UKGPro nor is there anything that they could do better. UKGPro continues to check all the boxes as a great HCM vendor/platform.

As an IT team member, I would like to have some more references to how to leverage API interfaces to post or retrieve data from the platform to be used in other processes in the organization. I know this is a feature, but it's been a little difficult to get started.

When I call in a work ticked I get almost a immediate response, so I know how long the issue can take and I can then decide if I need to notify our Facilites and Associates or not. Very responsive!
We would have purchased the time clocks, by not integrating the time clocks we have issues with our ERP transferring data, which is our problem and not a dislike of UKG Pro. If you don't go with UKG Time Clocks your going to regret because if makes the process harder because you have the ERP and UKG and your IT and HRIS on the phone a few times a week fixing items. The clock is your answer.
