Has everything you could possibly think of to get up and running quickly. While it is not cheap, my time is valuable and has a cost associated with it. Using TaxDome has eliminated some of the headaches, manual tasks, payment issues, Tax document security issues, tax software integration issues, email blasts and marketing issues that I was anxious over. They put the whole house under one big roof.

I love the simplicity of having everything I need in one place. Contact management, email templates, process flows, and incredible tutorials and customer service. I'll be using it every day this tax season. Adding in all of my client information has been a breeze, especially with TaxAct integration. Looking forward to this tax seasons, and I think my clients will love it too!
The only thing I dislike so far is the lack of design template for emails. I wish you could set them up to look nice/more branded.
It is helping me solve the issue of too many expensive programs by keeping everything in one place. It also helps me with security of documents and good job tracking.

Tax Dome provides great support in getting started. I was overwhelmed at first, but the 1:1 live support helped me greatly in getting Tax Dome up and running. There are many features that I will now continue to explore and implement. I can see it will be a great tool for every day use and help me be more effienct and effective during tax season.
It was a little overwhelming at first, bu the 1:1 sessions kept me onboard and comfortable with pulling the trigger. I can definitely see how I will benefit.

Tax Dome has many features that allow users to automate their business if desired while also having the simplicity to make setup hassle-free. It creates value by reducing the time needed to organize, allowing users to be more productive.
One thing I did not enjoy about Tax Dome was the inability for clients to tag their uploaded documents. For instance, if a client uploads a W-2, they do not have the ability to mark it as a W-2, which would make things easier to find.
The main problem I had prior to Tax Dome was a large client base without a proper way to organize them. With Tax Dome, I can view a list of every client, their current status, and who is working on what.
