We have been working with TargetRecruit for over 4 years and would highly recommend both the product and service. The product includes all the standard features we require but can also be configured to our exact needs to help maintain our competitive advantage. As our business grows, the system can evolve with us, and we are not entirely dependent on the vendor to make the changes we need, this can be done in-house or via a third party. Lastly, and uniquely, any configuration changes we make are supported through subsequent upgrades of the platform.

The product also runs on Salesforce which gives us total peace of mind in terms of security and scalability – we know that we will never outgrow it, and we have absolute trust that TargetRecruit and Salesforce will protect our sensitive data. It also provides incredibly flexible reporting and automation tools to drive efficiencies across our organization.

The implementation service and support have been very good generally, but particularly in the past 2 years under the new leadership. We have seen improvements across the board with the product roadmap and more regular new releases. Similarly the quality of support and assistance we receive at all levels also continues to improve, and we can see that TargetRecruit are investing in all these areas as their business grows.”

We moved to TargetRecruit from another ATS two years ago and we could not be happier. Everything about TR is excellent, the delivered functionality, ability to customize, and their support is responsive and effective. We also love App Exchange add-ons that integrate easily into TargetRecruit. We have added ReportUpgrade for more advanced reporting and Match My Email so all email traffic is captured in TargetRecruit.

When we decided to move to a new ATS, we ran multiple ATS companies through rigorous demos to help us decide which solution is best. The TargetRecruit sales professional, Kumudh, was very patient, helpful and thorough. We also evaluated the other ATS solutions on the Salesforce exchange. What we discovered through our detailed demos is that the other Salesforce ATS’ locked-down much of the configurability of the Salesforce environment forcing customers into pre-packaged solutions with little flexibility. That flexibility and ability to add fields, check boxes, change order of lists, add basic code, add/edit drop down values, etc. is the very reason companies go to a Salesforce solution. TargetRecruit allows the customer to make customizations themselves (within reason) or their excellent support team can do them for you if you know what you want. We have added some cool customizations that truly make us more efficient and gives us visibility into our business that we could never have with any other ATS. We highly recommend it!

There's nothing we really dislike about TargetRecruit. The Salesforce reporting tool could stand to be more powerful, but it's still much better than the other report functionality of other ATS'.

Define your requirements and desired business process up front and in detail.

The best thing about TargetRecruit is that it is built on the Sales(Force.com platform), because of this you can trust that your data is incredibly secure and the platform is flexible to deal with the ever-changing nature of your business processes. I particularly like the having the ability to quickly build reports and dashboards, - and once you get a bit of practice with them, they are very powerful and will allow you and your team to slice and dice the data however you want; vital when you need to make informed business decisions as you grow.

The system could be localised a little better to suit the UK market, although I understand with the new ownership, this is work in progress, which is positive. In fairness, the TR team are responsive, committed and nice to deal with.

Have someone set it up that understands your business, make sure your data is good, and keep it simple to start, and grow into the system over time.

The TargetRecruit platform allows us to run our business end to end in the cloud. It provides our team with information at their fingertips, enabling them to provide high quality and consistent service to both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.

What I like with TargetRecruit Applicant Tracking System is that you can customize it based on the existing protocol you have in your company, and also what the employees want. We can do boolean search and reports as well in TargetRecruit Applicant Tracking System making our lives easier in finding the right candidate.

What I dislike with TargetRecruit Applicant Tracking System is that when you are working 12-14 hours a day for a project there are after-hours maintenance and technical difficulties. However, during Pacific regular business hours those issues are not rampant just after hours.

I hope the after-hours maintenance and tech issues will be lessened. Yesterday, I had to wait for 2-3 hours to resume at my work.

We were able to keep track when will we send recruiting emails to our candidates in our database decreasing DNC requests. We were able to make a good BD pipeline as well because of TargetRecruit Applicant Tracking System.

The platform is can easily be customized and easy to understand. It increases the team's efficiency in collating data.

The interface needs a bit of improvement but overall performance is great

The design is very intuitive.

Target recruit is an effective software for recruitment purposes. It is easy to use to navigate when searching for candidates regarding a job role. It is user friendly and detailed. It also contains a well nice fitted dashboard and good candidate search tool as well as a good client management system.

It takes a while to save a candidates profile as it takes a lengthy process. Generating resumes for a particular job can be tedious

Staffing and recruitment of candidates has been made easy. Interview and scheduling experience efficiently guide both candidates and clients through the entire recruitment process.

Complex solution which is able to cover most of use cases for HR company

Not Lightning ready, some functionality and flows to much complicated and not user friendly.

Single stop for all needs for

reporting systems are pretty easy to navigate, but learning how to build and create filter reports can be tough

2 column limit in some objects is too little - specifically the candidate record

It is easy to use, once you learn it. There are lots of tools to utilize. However, the limit of 2 columns in the candidate records are frustrating.
