I really like how TalentDesk centralizes everything in one place from onboarding freelancers to managing contracts, tracking time, and processing payments. The dashboard gives great visibility over budgets and project timelines and the approval flows help us stay compliant without micromanaging. It’s especially useful when working with large teams across different countries. Their customer support is responsive too, which makes a big difference!

Some features like detailed reporting or UI filtering could be more customizable for specific needs. Also, the initial setup took a bit of time to understand, especially for teams not used to centralized platforms.

As a freelance data curator working with Veeva, TalentDesk has made it easy to track my work hours and submit timesheets without hassle. Time tracking is simple and clear and the platform ensures transparency on what's approved and when payments are due. While I know some colleagues have faced payment delays, I personally have never experienced that as my payments have always been accurate and on time. If you forgot to off the timer it will still continue even the browser were not on or the computer was already shutdown.

TalentDesk is really intuitive and easy to use for both managers and freelancers. It allows us to have an overview of all our freelancers, invite them to projects and tasks within projects, brief them and receive their deliverable.

With the ability to attach documents and discuss project details via the discussion board, everything stays on the platform which allows any managers to pick things up, this is really helpful for collaborative work.

Freelancers raise worksheets per projects or tasks, which allows us to have visibility on spend and keep within budget. Each freelancer gets an invoice automatically created each month and the system reconciliate all of them to provide us with one monthly invoice.

There are no dislikes. The tool is constantly being updated and creating new features. All the tools we needed to improve the work have been implemented in the last few years.
