Stampli is easy to implement and use and also number of features are very good in controlling the invoices before making any payments. Customer support is very quick and on time response.

I work in Stampli every day as an AP specialist. The amount of automation it provides really speeds things up! You can drag and drop the invoice directly from an email; with most invoices, it will populate data like invoice number and date and even vendor name (if they're already established.) It gives you suggested fills of frequently used answers by vendors, and also allows you to set up templates. Truly appreciate the amount of time saved, especially as I've been taking on other duties at the company.
I wish you could customize the columns for search a little bit more.
Time spent processing AP! The automation offered and templates really allow me to spend less time with rote data entry and more time helping other departments out.

Processing AP Bills is made very simple by Stampli.It is easy to integrate with other applications.Easy to use. Bills are processed in Stampli, which go through multiple approvers depending upon the department, location and also the bill amount, till the payments of the bills, which is a fantastic thing
The most I like about Stampli is it is so user friendly. I also love the many options to search by and then able to download into a spreadsheet and even upload those invoices you searched by criteria. This feature makes it easy for reporting. Hands down your customer service on the chat feature can not be beat. They listen to your problem and get resolution, Period!!! A1 in my book!!! Liz
I only have one complaint about Stampli and that is in the reoccurring feature which hopefully this will be upgraded. Some of the information when setting up the vendor reoccurring payment can not be updated. You have to delete that record and create another one, which takes time. Just seems a little more time efficient if we could update all the fields in the reoccurring tab. Liz
None for me here, when I contact them they listen and resolve. 100% Satisfaction for me!!!

Stampli has been a wonderful addition for us. For starters, the customer support has been amazing! The setup was very smooth. They helped us customize everything to fit our unique approval process, PO system, etc.. It has tremindously helped speed up our AP process.
We are in the process of really taking advatange of the vendor management. Being able to onboard a vendor straight from Stampli and getting updated forms on file by automatic reminders from Stampli to the vendor, is going to be a huge time savor! There are really so many great featers with Stampli and also very customizable to fit your needs.
I honestly do not have any downsides to Stampli. The only thing (which i believe they are working on) is being able to do more than just "Approve" invoices in the App. It would be great to be able to quickly look up an invoice on the phone, if needed, while out of the office.
Stampli is helping by making our Approval process so much faster and smoother. As well as being a HUGE time saver with AP all together.
