What do you like best about RoomRaccoon?

I'm a fairly new user of this software/system so i'd have to say so far what I like best was the ease of the entire process of initially getting set-up. There were a couple minor hiccups throughout the process but it was mostly tweatking to get things just right for our specific business. Their customer support solved the isse with ease and quickly! One of the best customer service experiences i've ever encountered

What do you dislike about RoomRaccoon?

Absolutely nothing comes to mind. My staff is loving it compared to the outdated and complicated software we were using prior.

What problems is RoomRaccoon solving and how is that benefiting you?

Its mainly solving the problem of how everything used to take so long with the previous system and training staff on the new software takes a fraction of the time. Having extra time when running a business is paramount in my opinion.

easy to use, good integration with partner accounts

System sometimes doesn't save or hang for long periods when there are updates

easy booking via website. Good system emails to minimise manual emails to guests.

Easy rate changes and invoicing

Good reporting

What do you like best about RoomRaccoon?

The best about Room Raccoon is that it automatically syncs price, availability, meals of and individual hotel according to their availability on various sites.

What do you dislike about RoomRaccoon?

I dont dislike any feature about room raccoon

What problems is RoomRaccoon solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is helping me by finding updated status and availability of hotels quickly. About the prices and everything.

What do you like best about RoomRaccoon?

RoomRaccoon basically has everything in one. Literally a property management system that manages all aspects of a hotel / guest house. Customer support is always available to help

What do you dislike about RoomRaccoon?

Only down side is that you need multiple email adresses to set up multiple properties under one collection instead of just using the central reservations email address

What problems is RoomRaccoon solving and how is that benefiting you?

Channel Management is much easier

What do you like best about RoomRaccoon?

They system is easy to use and works perfect for our boutique hotel. The upside nos having to set all the mapping and pricing for the OTA that can get complicated. Good thing they have articles and customer service to help.

What do you dislike about RoomRaccoon?

I wish they had a better way to communicate over the phone. It's all via email and articles. I would pay to have hep on the mapping and set up that's the complication. Offer that service to do the set up and mapping for OTA for a fee. The software is affordable because we have to input and do all the work.

What problems is RoomRaccoon solving and how is that benefiting you?

They help when you need it. Connectivity and mapping is biggest issue. They tell you how to fix it. The mapping still isn't perfect.

The integration with OTAs, the payment system and the communication link to keep guests informed.

What do you dislike about RoomRaccoon?

Support for the initial integration to OTAs took longer than the promised turnaround time.

Its helping me streamline the operations of our business. Our guests are guaranteed a professional interface that provides helpful updates at each stage of their journey with us.

What do you like best about RoomRaccoon?

I enjoy the ease of use. My customer experience manager Serena is always going above and beyond to check up on me and my progress and suggest ways I can improve business. The customer service is really admirable.

What do you dislike about RoomRaccoon?

To be honest there are no downsides to Roomraccoon, if ever I need help with something there are guides or someone is able to assist in altering my package to suite my needs.

What problems is RoomRaccoon solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem RoomRaccoon is solving for us is the syncing of calendars on various different booking channels. It makes managing bookings so much more easier for us.

How easy it is to make room moves.

I also enjoy the Housekeeping and Maintenance features.

What do you dislike about RoomRaccoon?

The team is always eager to jump on a call to assist.

My only problem is the sales reports are not quite where I need them as well as guest profiling.

What problems is RoomRaccoon solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tracking readiness of rooms between HK and front desk.

Keeping a log of maintencance issues.
