easy to use, good integration with partner accounts
System sometimes doesn't save or hang for long periods when there are updates

The best about Room Raccoon is that it automatically syncs price, availability, meals of and individual hotel according to their availability on various sites.
I dont dislike any feature about room raccoon
It is helping me by finding updated status and availability of hotels quickly. About the prices and everything.
RoomRaccoon basically has everything in one. Literally a property management system that manages all aspects of a hotel / guest house. Customer support is always available to help
Only down side is that you need multiple email adresses to set up multiple properties under one collection instead of just using the central reservations email address
Channel Management is much easier
the property management software is great and easy to use
the costs to add other functions. It should be included with my monthly fee.
i dont have problems
They system is easy to use and works perfect for our boutique hotel. The upside nos having to set all the mapping and pricing for the OTA that can get complicated. Good thing they have articles and customer service to help.
I wish they had a better way to communicate over the phone. It's all via email and articles. I would pay to have hep on the mapping and set up that's the complication. Offer that service to do the set up and mapping for OTA for a fee. The software is affordable because we have to input and do all the work.
They help when you need it. Connectivity and mapping is biggest issue. They tell you how to fix it. The mapping still isn't perfect.
The integration with OTAs, the payment system and the communication link to keep guests informed.
Support for the initial integration to OTAs took longer than the promised turnaround time.

To be honest there are no downsides to Roomraccoon, if ever I need help with something there are guides or someone is able to assist in altering my package to suite my needs.
The main problem RoomRaccoon is solving for us is the syncing of calendars on various different booking channels. It makes managing bookings so much more easier for us.

My only problem is the sales reports are not quite where I need them as well as guest profiling.

I'm a fairly new user of this software/system so i'd have to say so far what I like best was the ease of the entire process of initially getting set-up. There were a couple minor hiccups throughout the process but it was mostly tweatking to get things just right for our specific business. Their customer support solved the isse with ease and quickly! One of the best customer service experiences i've ever encountered
Absolutely nothing comes to mind. My staff is loving it compared to the outdated and complicated software we were using prior.
Its mainly solving the problem of how everything used to take so long with the previous system and training staff on the new software takes a fraction of the time. Having extra time when running a business is paramount in my opinion.
